    I've seen them all and this is a fine presentation. I like the simplicity such as leaving out confusing concept like cardinal rules which can be off putting.

Trying to teach the massive complexities of human movement in simple and digestible ways for individuals who truly have never been previewed to its underlying principles is a challenge.     what is the difference in strength between rope flow and battle rope?

      The biggest difference is the weights of the rope, if I'm understanding your question. If you're asking about the different tools in relation to how they are typically used then, the battle rope is more limited in its rotational strength capacity on the body.
