Tbh my favorite interaction is etali and displacer kitten in my maelstrom wanderer deck, where you basically win as soon as you cast etali, unless you somehow get a creature from all 4 decks
Also not to mention if you don’t have square there’s a possibility you can keep going with food chain and just keep recasting etali if you can nab enough creatures or spells that create creatures you could steal all the spells in their decks Of course that’s also majorly Christmas land shit
Etali doesn't put back the lands in the deck, so you can mill out everyone on turn 1. You control all permanents from all players, you cast every single spell and you exiled all the lands.

Fun way to beat this Make the player draw a card lol...if you can find a way to make him draw a card and you go right before him in turn order then boom you are last to lose to decking yourself congrats...uk other than the fact hes gonna win before that with someone elses cards
I believe you would have to exile squee enough times to pay for all of your commander tax, which is consequently why you would have to exile squee an infinite amount of times...

colour identity is defined by Mana Symbols appearing anywhere on the card, Colour indicators in the case for some transforming cards. Reminder text is the exception to this rule and doesn't count towards colour identity. So Etali, Primal Conqueror is a Red coloured card, however it has the colour identity of Red Green.

If you had a concordant crossroads in your deck (that you would obviously exile into as it's a non land card), then you might have enough creature damage to kill all other players.
This Etali can't exile everyone's library. He basically says that each player exiles the first nonland card from the top of their library for you to cast. If it's turn 1, you have to have a non-optional way to force each opponent to draw all of their lands in addition to exiling everything else. It's not impossible, but it's probably dependent on the decks your opponents are playing.

Actually, the lands they hit while you’re searching for a no land card stay in exile, meaning that you can get rid of someone’s entire deck with the effect. I can understand your confusion though, I didn’t realize they stayed in exile either until I almost decked myself with an etali combo on arena
No they don't. The card reads, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a non-land card. So Lands will get exiled. Reading the card explains the card.

If you look at the bottom, which shows that green phyrexian symbol, because that is on the card, it makes it a red-green commander
