This whole section is the best bit of inquisition, I equate the awe and mystery to the feeling I got when meeting the prothean hologram in mass effect 1
It's funny how Morrigan is kinda raised by Mythal, and as such could have some deep claim to elven history despite not being physically an elf herself, yet she doesn't because Mythal didn't give any of that to her. It's almost like she's studying elven history because it was denied her. I could sit and listen to Morrigan and Solas arguing about elven history for ages, as long as Solas has to stay "apostate" and not, well, Fen'Harel.
to be fair, she got half of it right. Especially the part where gods were nothing more than powerful elves. her deductive powers are incredible considering how little is know, and how much more has been lost to the history (and would remain so if Solas shared none of it with the Inquisitor) this is good writing on Bioware's part, allowing Morrigan to be both wrong and right in her assumptions
@@nemofish3504 So should a Dalish Elf Inquisitor. It's just insulting to have her talk down to them about their own culture, religion and personalities. For a human, dwarf or qunari inquisitor, fine. But please, all of this nonsense should have had an alternate branch of dialogue when there's an elf inquisitor.
Morrigan: "How do YOU know about Mythal?"
Solas: "she was mY BEST FRIEND I WAS THERE"
Poor solas had to get lectured about the history he wrote
Thanks for spoiling the game 😑
@@flyingpaladin617 The game is almost a decade old
Solas: She was my lover, witch!
Morrigan *Internal screaming*
