Everytime I see your hometown it's breathtaking, beautiful mountains, lakes, tall green bamboos, preserved old architecture buildings and rivers that runs through the city really beautiful especially in spring, summer and fall very simliar to my native country of Laos, Thai and Cambodia in many ways.
You can tell genuinely Jay's entire family are really good people it's just they don't have exposure to english languange. And also they need to get accustom and accimate to their american daughter in law and father in law due different cultures. Which is normal as a human to all of us.

You can always find good jobs anywhere because you know how to do it and have connections. Also China is the future. Ari can still be a stay at home mom. You can built your own single family home the way you want by the river or country side. During your break you guys can travel to big cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, cold tundra of Harbin, Qingdao former German colonial resident, Wuhan, Chongqing, Chengdu, South to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Macao, Hong Kong, Kunming, Haikou and Sanya on Hainan Island just to name a fews. If not enough you can travel to 3 great countries of Taiwan, Korea and Japan and my native Southeast Asian countries of Laos, Thai and Cambodia. Never a dull moment in Asia. Many Americans and Europeans wives that married to Chinese husband enjoyed living in China
Lao doufu inspired what I told him about stingy cheese. Maybe when he eats thinking of cheese all the time, made him like stingy toufu and fish. Not sure I have courage trying stingy fish😅
Think the most fun part and family happiness go to yr husband's mother, ie mother in law!! Stinky tau fu would akin to durians to you. It actually just grows on you with every bite.

我吃不惯，这种发酵的东西，吃完以后，嘴里总是有怪怪的味道，包括泡菜也是，这种味道能存在很久，我真的不喜欢，虽然臭鳜鱼吃完也是，但是臭鳜鱼真的太好吃了！！！！！！而且毛豆腐有毛，吃的时候，我真的会起鸡皮疙瘩。
