I'm 5'1 so not much of a height difference but I just bought the Dance Studio joggers and they fit like a high rise on me! Maybe I have a short torso but I absolutely love the way they look and definitely wouldn't have purchased if they sat below my belly button. The only thing I had trouble with is that the waist is big and gaps on me in my regular size but the hips and thighs are really fitted so I couldn't size down. Lastly, I don't think I'm a groove pant person but they looked amazing on you! Makes me want to try them on. You should consider picking them up! 🤩
Amazing! I'm glad they fit you and you like them. They sadly dont fit everyone the same, but sounds like they fit great for you. At least there is a draw string around it so you can tighten it, but I hear what you are saying about them. Awe thank you so much. I don't think I'm a groove pant person at point in time, but that may change!
I got the beyond the studio jogger. I love how it looked on you, so I got it and I absolutely love them. I want to get the ribbed jogger but still debating on it.

I actually thought the stretch high rise jogger looked perfect on you. I just purchased my first pair and wore on the plane. I absolutely love them. Fit so true to size, breathable, comfy, and I think so flattering. My mom even made note (and that's rare. Lol)
The Groove pant I ordered in the crop, thinking because I'm short I knew the regular length would be way too long. I think they're a 31" inseam. I thought I liked the crop version (I'm 5'3") until I saw some pics of me wearing and realized they just look odd on me. Maybe it's the slight flare, and I have thick legs, made look like a tree stump. Lol🙄
The Beyond the Studio jogger I ordered from WMTM, in water drop. Liked the color, but the material clung to me in an odd way and wasn't comfy. Reminded me of an old school material, can't quite describe. But I actually convinced them to return those. I also LOVE RTRulus! Those are 1 of my favs, along with the LA high rise warm down jogger. I'm just mad I got a size too big in those. But I love those LAs just as much as Rulus. The only 1 I haven't tried that I NEED to try is the Scuba jogger. I know! I can't believe I haven't tried. But it's high on the list, as well as those high rise ribbed ones. I keep hearing everyone loves those. And I'm surprised they're still available on site.

Oh that makes total sense about the groove pant being so long! I need to look into it more, but I wonder why they made them so long 😅. Hmm maybe try the align wide leg crop? They are more of a flare so maybe that'll help!
Were those the lined beyond the studios? Tbh, I'm not a huge fan of the regular ones because I find the same and they are just so thin! Totally like a track pant-ish material. If there are some more lined ones I would definitely give those a try this year. They are WAY better than the unlined in my opinion.
Ready to Rulus are AMAZING! I need to try out the LA joggers too. But yes, try the scuba's. I'm glad they made two fits of them as well. So comfy and cozy for winter! I think I should pick some up soon....

Thanks so much for the helpful reviews!! If you bought the ribbed stretch leg crop (or even the ribbed jogger), did you find stretching for the knees or any other area? Was thinking of getting these but the reviews on the website mention a lot of stretching, which I don’t prefer since I want them to be fitted.

Hello, I am interested in the cropped joggers, but I am not sure about the length, I want them to fit just above the ankles, and the align 25 inch is 1-2 inches too long for me. Do you think it will be long enough? I could swim in 29 inch honestly ... :)
Hey! Yes I think the cropped length would be better for you with the description you've given me! I think the cropped are about 23 in the length? Not 100% sure but I think around that mark.
What are your top 3?
I love the Loungeful joggers and straight leg pants which are newer so they're not in this video. I also love the groove pant and ready to rulu!

Wide leg culottes look better if they are full length with dressier fabric and worn with high heels, but not as casual wear.
I wish they would bring back low rise boot leg yoga pants which look great on all body types. I cannot stand the tapered legging style.
I see your point here! They do have like a wide leg dressier pant called the city sleek which I do think look better than the align wide leg crops but depends on the purpose I guess! They do have high rise boot leg yoga pants now called the groove pant 😁
These pants are better for women with bony chicken calves than leggings. Leggings make bony chicken calves look like scrawny scarecrow chicken calves.
