I would say it's pretty average to buy a home in your 20s influencer or not. It would be much harder to buy a house when you're 60 considering the duration of most mortgages and house prices these days. Not to mention most people retire within 5 years of that age so income would also be hard. In this market it's hard to buy a home for anyone 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'd check out the size chart and take your measurements. I'm also an XS/S in the oversized scubas but could wear a 4 or 6 in the original full zip since it's a slim fit. However a younger pre-teen who also wears as XS/S may wear a 0 or 2.

My inseam length is about 27" I think that measurement is more helpful than height since some people have different proportions even though they have the same height
