~~INGREDIENTS~~
~~FOR KOFTA~~
Cottage cheese / Paneer - 200g
Boiled potato - 1 small sized
Gram flour/Besan - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder as per taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves -1 tbsp
~~~FOR CURRY~~~
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized
Onion - 1 big sized
Garlic - 5-6 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli as per taste
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi -1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Cashews paste - 10 -12
Water as required
Oil as required
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Fresh cream and coriander leaves for garnishing
