    "पनीर कोफ्ता रेसिपी - स्वादिष्ट भारतीय व्यंजन" इस तरह बनाएंगे तो सबकी तारीफे पाएंगे l Paneer Kofta Recepie l Kitchen Delites
    Ingredients:
    For Koftas:
    - 200 grams paneer (cottage cheese), grated
    - 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
    - 2 tablespoons maida
    - 1 tsp chilli flakes
    - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    - 1/2 tsp sugar powder
    - 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
    - Salt to taste
    - Oil for frying
    For Gravy:
    - 2 medium-sized onions, roughly chopped
    - 2 tomatoes, cut into halves
    - garlic cloves 8-10
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 2tsp kitchen king masala
    - 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    Instructions:
    Making Koftas:
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, mashed potatoes, cornflour/ maida, chilli flakes, baking powder sugar powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
    2. Mix well to form a smooth dough.
    3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round balls (koftas).
    4. Coat maida on the balls
    5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, fry the koftas until they are golden brown and crispy.
    6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
    Making Gravy:
    1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 3mins.
    2. Add ginger-garlic and tomatoes sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
    3. Cook for 5min. Untill the tomatoes become soft.
    4. Peel the tomatoes and cool the mixture and make a paste
    5. Heat 1tbsp oil in ा karahi add whole spices and the preoared paste.
    6. Cook for 5min on medium flame
    7. Add milk and water and cook for another 5min on low flame.
    8. Add salt kitchen king masala and red chilli powder
    9. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
    10. Add garam masala kasoori methi and fresh coriander and mix well. Turn off the heat.
    Assembling:
    1. Just before serving, add the fried koftas to the gravy and gently mix to coat them with the gravy.
    2. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    Serve hot with naan, roti, or rice. Enjoy your delicious paneer
