And, if we had either trail cameras or really expensive Zoom lens camera equipment catching them in the act, or if a game warden had caught them, they would have forfeited enough their rights to where it'd be public domain. I'd still have to use quantifying words like "alledged" or such since they never went to court and was adjudicated guilty. We simply didn't have that. With over 25 years of court experience under my belt, I immediately knew showing their faces, and calling them poachers, could lead to a libel suit.
