Great review, and great bag! Other bags, like my Maxpedition Pygmy Falcon-II, are able to provide side water bottle pockets while still maintaining a clamshell opening. Wish this bag had this feature!
@@michaelwarnock3988 I like my lbt 14l day pack, it definitely isn't super organized like maxpedition but sometimes that is easier, I have both and like both equally. I'm sorry you didn't like yours.
@@GoldenFleas that's a shame! The simplicity of it would be perfect for a bladder, a plate, some snacks and a med kit. The water bottle pockets are something the GORUCK packs lack. I don't need clamshell. Thanks again.
A lot of naysayers on here. Honestly don't knock it till you've tried it. I have 3 of them and I love them. The straps are actually very comfortable and it carries a load very well. It's very well built.
@@GoldenFleas I usually don't carry too much but was trying to figure out which one to get. I have a rush 12 from 511 tactical so that could be my bigger bag.
The 22l does have the compression straps on the side so you can keep it tighter if you need less but also expand. Might be a good option if you can get only one.
How do you deal with the lack of organization pouches like pens and small organizer. I just recieved my bag and I like it but trying to organizer it a little better. Great video
How is this Bag Performing without a Frame Sheet? struggeling between the Gr1 21L as Daypack or this one. Biggest Problem is that i have to Import the GR1 in my Country and that will break the Overall Price a lot.
Honestly, if you need structure/support go for the GR1. The packs are different especially in size/capacity. The LBT is 14L and isn’t meant to carry a significant load. That said, I have found it comfortable to pack it out and carry EDC

Same!
ThanQ for filming
You’re welcome!
Great review of the bag. Getting this bag to be my my new EDC bag.
The buckle straps are for combination with various chest rigs and plate carriers, very flexible with those mission types.
Copy that, appreciate the feedback.
Recycled firefighter has some good stuff, ie: 12 hr bag. I have the ranger green LBT....good stuff
Andy D no doubt, I’ve had my eye on one. Too many bags, not enough time!
@@GoldenFleas I'd say LBT is nicer..I have a goruck Rucker and gr1...Triple aught designs, , Sabra gear, kifaru and hill people gear are all way nice
Good feedback. I own pretty similar brands except the Sabra gear
Awesome video. Im really considering switching from my gorucker to the day pack for next semester
@@michaelwarnock3988 the goruck or the lbt?

you think you can fit an SBR with 10.3" barrel & LAW folder in there?
Based on the dimensions it would probably be close. You’ve got a little over 19”’s vertical space inside. Probably tight.
Would you consider this bag durable enough to be strictly a rucking bag with a 30 lb plate? Thanks for the review otherwise! Really enjoyed it.
No I would not. It doesn’t have the structure for it. You could try it but I wouldn’t go over ~15lbs in it comfortably

I mean there’s no reason you couldn’t give it a try but I would do it before any long ruck or event

It’s a great pack for sure!
Where did you get that small dyneema bag?
It’s a Triple Aught Design Azimuth...VX
Do you still like this and use this bag?
Hell yes! In fact I bought two separate versions of the newer v2. Might do a vid comparison…its a great bag for the price
@@GoldenFleashave you tried the 22L? Trying to decide between those 2
Got the 22l also 🤣🤣. Both great bags, depends on how much space you need

I have a few different organization pouches and primarily use the Bond Escapade organizer. Fits perfectly in the lower front pocket.
Where is this made?
James Postle they’re made in the USA! Specifically in Virginia
This bag is on point but the price is ridonkulous, for what you get... And the shoulder straps are too beefy for a 14L pack with no back padding.
Love that patch. Got the LBT 3 Day Assault. Don't like it.
Yeah, I wasn’t a fan of the 3 day assault pack. Had it, returned it.

Nice video, but throw this thing away and buy an Eagle Industries YOTE., more expensive but much better
I actually like it for the price and my normal use. It fit my needs perfectly! But I will check out the Yote
Lmao, this is half a step up from a high school jansport bag. 😂😂😂😂 Who would actually pay money for this?!?
