The beautiful British singer Julie Rogers enjoyed international acclaim with her 1964 recording of 'The Wedding', which was a UK Top 10 chart hit with subsequent worldwide success in America, Australia, and across Europe. In this contrasting performance she sings two of the morale boosting marching songs that had been popularised during the First World War by Florrie Forde - 'It's A Long Way To Tipperary' and 'Pack Up Your Troubles in Your Old Kit Bag'

Not really sure this is probably in the early 1970's i would imagine, So probably late 20's or early 30's.
