Scotty, welcome to Tennessee. Tennessean's have a long tradition of helping out Texans even before they became a state. We are proud you are now a part of our family.

I've always yearned to connect with people who shared some, if not most of my viewpoints, a shared appreciation of what it means to be an American, and not having other people be easily offendend on hearing whatever a person has to say. The mentality and the regression of basic sense among my fellow Austinites, among my personal beliefs on overpopulation, and weather were huge factors in moving further up north. No plans on ever moving back out west. I am VERY happy on living out here ---- only the girlfriend and I, and access to a very beautiful river. I'm from Iran and we're not even allowed to visit usa so why im watching this video that is about moving to tennessee XD love this chanel, from middle east
Amir, we love visitors and if you ever get the chance to visit here you will be met by the average person quite warmly. I flew over Tehran one time on a flight to India and it blew my mind that I, as an American was over Iran. Pretty crazy!
I’m from Middle Tennessee, and was offered a job in Southern California. I’ve lived in California for a couple years now and realize how much friendlier Tennesseans are that most people, also how mega expensive California is.
It's all the way around here. I moved to Middle Tennessee. I got the hell out of Dodge, er, SoCal. I'm glad I did. The weather and the beaches are great, but the economy and politics suck hardcore. No one can afford living in nice places over there. I had to settle for some cheaper crappy and smoggy inland valley area, and it's still generally more expensive compared to Tennessee. It's generally bone dry and brown all over where I used to live. Yuck. The scenery is better here in Tennessee. It's much greener. No smog and chemtrails! And yes, the people here are freedom friendly, friendlier in general, and more polite here. Californians are just snobby. 😁
@@blind_aviator Yep, I can relate! I got the hell out of Dodge, er, Southern Commiefornia and moved to Middle Tennessee almost a couple of months ago. It took me a little over 32 years to make my exit. I'm so glad I did. I plan to move to East Tennessee eventually. ☺️
@@NanceeMarin what inland valley part? I grew up in Murrieta. Lived in Huntington Beach for a bit. So glad I'm in TN now. I care so much about TN. Way more than CA. I would do anything I can to keep TN the way it is. Hopefully the native Tennesseans will accept me. Lol
One of scotties earliest Tennessee videos shows him doing donuts in a new housing development cul de sac. The liberals are invading his new home as we speak.oh well....

If there were things growing in the garage in Houston for that long he would have had to move a long time ago. Lol. Everything in there he knew what was, where it was and what it was used for. Texas, actually. There’s other cities besides Houston.
If you live near Manchester TN. We could have an annual “Scotty-Roo” Festival
I believe he moved near Clarksville

Tennessee sounds like Alberta, Canada. Low taxes, no inspections. Keep the West Free!
No guns either
@Scrappleton II Point taken.
no sale tax
Lol, alberta has some of the highest insurance rates.
Damnit! We’re getting all the Californians and losing all the scotties! Texas is screwed!
Nah, this Californian is going to Tennessee
@Dude with Opinion they don’t care about making it a blue state, its just closer to where they’re from and there is cheaper housing.
@Dude with Opinion
I dont think so.
Most Californians including myself left Ca. because they were sick of over regulation and HIGH taxes and cost of EVERYTHING.....and most r Libertarian/Republican who r sick of living with the spend, spend, spend Dumbocrats!!
I moved to Beautiful FREEDOM filled South Carolina (u don't even need a motorcycle license here)

Scotty, as a native Texan who moved to a different state I have to say that Texas has become another California in all the major cities. Good luck in Tn!
Us too! Weirdly Texas is a by product of tn founders & beliefs... but so many people flooded Texas it just made sense to go to Tennessee- as many Texans realize the property taxes don't match incomes and a 200k house appraises nearly double and the taxes are easily more than $1200 a month plus your mortgage!
My 3 acre lot with my small house and natural spring costed me $75 im property taxes last year.
For that price in California is just the filing fee.
@@SiothaVest Texas property taxes are killers, especially in the counties in around major cities. They may not have state income tax here, but the county taxes will easily make up for that.
Unfortunately you are right. All the libtards are moving out of California into Texas. They will vote the same way they did here and screw up your state. Liberals are like virus, they occupy, destroy and move on.
@@changsterville History repeating itself when illegal American Settlers settled illegally in the Mexican state of Texas then rebelled against the Mexican government. Californians are at least moving in legally & bringing their own money coming from the 5th largest economy in the world.
I am happy for you. I've been stuck in Phoenix for 40 years and trying to figure out how to get back to Michigan, where I was born and raised, for all the same reasons! Thanks for inspiring me and congrats on the move. I know how difficult and expensive a move can be. Glad to hear confirmation that it is worth it!

love this chanel, from middle east
Persian culture is pretty awesome. Hope your people will be free one day.
Not allowed to visit USA? That seems strange as there are scads of Iranians here and they, pre-coof, traveled home all the time.

@Ray West Lmao I love the way Scotty talks 10/10
Just left Southern California for east Tennessee. Can't believe it took me this long to get out of that hell hold
Lol

The problem with TN is people from CT, NY and NJ are moving there so it's only a matter of time before they ruin it
I’ve been in Nashville since 87 and I’m not meeting many people from those states. It’s been more people from the West coast filling up Nashville.
One of scotties earliest Tennessee videos shows him doing donuts in a new housing development cul de sac.
The liberals are invading his new home as we speak.oh well....
not really we have a bunch of guns to take care of that to.
Exactly.
Most libs love livin on the coast. the ones from those states who come to tn are conservative and christian. Of course that can change. But for now most of us are northern good ole boys! we dont vote what we ran from and are willing to help eject the scumbags also.
I'll give him a month before those garages look just like the one in Houston. Two garages, that's twice the hoarding capacity.
If there were things growing in the garage in Houston for that long he would have had to move a long time ago. Lol. Everything in there he knew what was, where it was and what it was used for. Run your place how you want and spend time on neatness instead of skill and knowledge and you'll be half the mechanic.
