I may actually buy that set for myself. I'd like to have a small benchtop setup to keep a nice 1/4 drive toolkit in. Would be a great place to put most of my precision tools as well.
The question is, when are they going to put out a side box and can you stack two bottom boxes? Also, are they going to put out an "Aircraft Carrier" version? That would be cool.
No the next set is camo edition. One regular camo and the other will be pink and white camo. You know know anyone who can take the paint off and hand paint and aircraft carrier?
Am I crazy or did those used to cost $20 each? $50 seems a bit high. They’re still very cool though. I’d use them more for like my edc type stuff. Edit: just checked on Lowe’s website, the base is $25 and the top is $20. Not sure where you’re getting $50 unless that’s the combined price?
Went to check these out. They are so bad, the action of opening the drawers, I couldn't justify spending $5 on it. Really surprised after seeing so many reviews

For those thinking about getting these, do it. Received my boxes today for my freedom workbench. Makes a nice addition for small tools and parts

This is awesome, I was just thinking of getting a small tool box for my shelf at home and this would be perfect lol

The Box looks nice...i bought the top box when they first came out...but the friction drawer slides suck...i keep stamps and pens in it...
I noticed that but like the next day I sprayed some WD40 up under the trays and it seemed to help
Those are 20 bucks and 24 bucks at Lowes. I use it for my EDC storage..
That's what I meant a combine price close to $50
Throw some tiny casters on it!
Not to sound dumb but are those wheels?
@@JolbyBoy Yes, they are.
@@jimtownsend7899 might have to. Having a mini rolling toolbox lol
Wait, wait.... You spent $100 on that?
No no. Together both boxes will cost $50. $20 for the top piece and $25 for the base. Plus shipping.
@@JolbyBoy -Phew! Lol!
@@mattfinleyliveI should have been clear my bad lol

I should have made it more clear but I was combining them together. $50 for all of it does seem high for a beginner tool box. My bad if I wasn't clear

The top part had some stiff drawers but the base drawers opened pretty well. I just used some WD40 to help.

That's what I ended up doing. Putting all the small offset tools to go in. Tweezers, knifes, scissors, and magnets. It's prefect for things like that.
