I was going to comment also about Lara’s version (although I’m smitten with Dimash’s voice, I can respect Lara a great deal.). I have played the Albinoni with ensembles in the past and have been waiting for a reactor to finally note this relationship.
lots of options to do comparisons with Dimash's versions (not to find which is best but only to see differences) besides Adagio ... eg ti amo cosi (by Lara with two other singers), and love is like a dream (25 year old original by a russian singer, and 10 and 5 year old versions by Lara, all! with Igor at the piano)

The influence of the Old Masters is often present in Dimash’s work. “All By Myself” is Eric Carmen’s re-write of Rachmaninov. In the Krutoy song “Love is Like A Dream,” Dimash inserts a cadenza obviously a borrowed phrase from a Cellini “Ave Maria.” This one, I think, is probably most personal to Dimash. Not only were the adaptation and lyrics written by his idol Lara Fabian, the original Albinoni “Adagio” was his performance piece for his graduation recital at his first music school. That is what attracted him to Fabian’s interpretation in the first place.

Chest voice: E2-C#5
Mixed voice: D5-C6
Head voice: C#6 - F#6

Natural range: E2 - F#6 4.2 octaves
*Full range: G0 - D8 7.7 octaves
To put it in context:
He sings lower than bass in Opera. The lowest note is usually C2....and higher longer sustained whistle note.
Total Dimash range is G0-D8. By the way, a D8 is a couple of keys past the end of a piano.
At the age of 5, Dimash was accepted into the most distinguished music academy in his country, Kazakhstan. He's 29 years old now. He is currently writing his Doctoral thesis for a PhD in Musicology/ Composing, he received all his degrees with honors. He has a bachelors degree in vocals, a master's degree in composition and is about to complete his PhD in musicology this year, all while simultaneously filling arenas and maintaining his performing career, a first!

Albinoni is not believed to be the actual composer of the Adagio, although we still all call it that. A lille like Vitali's Chaconne is probably a later creation.

They have an outrageous following on UA-cam . As an example, they have a version of "Hallelujah " Currently , it has 605 million views ? That is a lot .
