Dimash hat eine klassische Ausbildung zum Tenor abgeschlossen. Er hat auch schon bewiesen, dass er ohne Mikrofon kraftvoll singen kann. Natürlich ist er nicht in der Routine als Opernsänger. Jedoch hatte er nach seiner Ausbildung ein Angebot von der Oper in Astana (wenn ich mich richtig an den Namen erinnere) in Kasachstan, sich jedoch bewusst für eine andere Karriere entschieden. Domingo (und die anderen zwei Tenöre) hatten nie eine Popstimme. Gleich verhält es sich bei Bocelli. Dimash singt tatsächlich mit der richtigen Stimme pop, rock, rap und traditionelle kasachische Musik. Für jemanden, der in der "Welt der Oper" lebt, ist es sicher anders. Aber für mich, der die klassische Musik liebt, jedoch nicht die meisten schweren Opernstimmen, ist die Leichtigkeit in der Stimme von Dimash ein Geschenk. Es geht mir wie beim Hören von Montserrat Caballé. (Natürlich vergleiche ich die beiden stimmlich nicht.) Es ist die eigene Textur. Und vielleicht wird diese Art der Musik neuen Zuhörern nähergebracht.

Ich glaube die Mikrofone waren da, weil das eine Fernsehaufzeichnung war und wir als Zuschauer ja auch was hören wollen. 😉
Aber stimmt schon, Dimash hat nicht klassisches Bel Canto gesungen und hat die Anwesenheit des Mikrofons ausgenutzt, um da ein paar leise Töne reinzuschmuggeln. Komischerweise ist es gerade die Stelle, die mir mit am besten gefällt. ❤
Virtuosos ist ein Wettbewerb für sehr junge Musiker aus mehreren Osteuropäischen Ländern, die mit verschiedenen Instrumenten (auch Gesang) gegeneinander antreten. War sehr schön. 🥰 Die Kinder waren unglaublich talentiert.
Domingo und Dimash waren beide Juroren und hatten hier einen Gastauftritt. Das war eine ziemlich spontane Sache. Und weil Dimash vorher krank war gab es auch nur eine Probe.
Auch wenn Dimash etwas Pop mit reinbringt und Domingo mit 83 natürlich nicht mehr so singt wie vor ein paar Jahrzehnten, hat mir dieses Stück sehr gut gefallen. Die Stimmfarbe von beiden war super schön und irgendwie zusammen klangen sie traumhaft.
Ich fand es sogar schöner als die Auftritte von richtigen Opernsängern, die man sich auch auf YT anschauen kann.
Ich hoffe wir sehen Dimash noch öfter Arien singen. ❤

Ich finde dieses Duette einfach wunderschön. Dimash kann sich einfach in jedes Genre reinfühlen. Auch im Aussehen entspricht er in diesem Duette einem Opernsänger (finde ich). Ich habe das Gefühl, er nimmt sich sogar etwas zurück, um sich nicht mit Placido Domingo gleich zu stellen . Liebe Grüße von Karla aus Berlin

Weißt du was krass ist? Dimash war da zu dem Zeitpunkt wochenlang krank und die ganze Zeit am Husten, aber dieser Auftritt war einfach nur perfekt 🥹

Das ganze hat im Rahmen der Virtuosos Show stattgefunden. Domingo hatte hierfür Dimash als Juror eingeladen und auch das Duett für den Abschluss der Show vorgeschlagen. Es gibt ein kleines Video wo Domingo und Dimash zum ersten Mal persönlich aufeinander treffen. Soooo goldig. Mit Domingo bin ich aufgewachsen und Dimash ist jetzt mein absoluter Lieblingssänger. Die beiden zusammen hören zu können ist nicht nur ein Traum der für Dimash wahr geworden ist, sondern auch für mich. Mir piepegal, dass Domingo seinen Zenit schon überschritten hat (seine Stimme ist immer noch toll) und, dass Dimash nicht 100% Oper singt. Ein anderer Reactor, Opernsänger seines Zeichens, hatte ähnliche Anmerkungen wie du und meinte, dass wenn Dimash sich rein auf Oper konzentrieren würde und an ein paar kleinen Punkten feilen würde, er dann garantiert zu den weltbesten Tenören zählen würde. Aber er sagte auch sinngemäß, dass das bei Dimash schon fast Verschwendung wäre, bei seinen vielfältigen Fähigkeiten.

Ich glaube die beiden haben sich erst 1 Tag vor der Aufnahme getroffen und hatten nur eine Probe zusammen.
Dafür ist es doch gut gelungen finde ich.

PS.: auch wenn Dimash kein reiner Klassiker ist, bringt er doch vielen Menschen die niemals Oper hören würden, die Klassik auf seine Weise durchaus näher.

Dimash hat übrigens heute noch ein neues Musikvideo angekündigt, und wieder in einem ganz anderes Stil. (Das Lied nennt sich Smoke)

ja, das stimmt. Er ist aber immer noch süß, und Hut ab, dass er immer noch so auftreten kann. Ich liebe seinen Ausdruck und seine Tiefe. Er bringt so schön rüber, dass er in diese Frau tragisch verliebt ist...
@@stimmbildungonline Ich habe großen Respekt davor, daß noch auftritt und seine gealterte Stimme nicht versteckt. Dazu gehört durchaus Mut.
Wenn ich nicht völlig falsch liege, sind das keine Verstärkermikros, sondern reine Aufnahmemikros, so wie ich sie in allen Konzerten sehe, die direkt aufgezeichnet werden. Dimash kann m.W. ohne Mikro laut singen, vor allem auch mit seiner Sopranstimme, aber natürlich kann er da nicht seine ganzen "Hauchstimmensachen" machen, wie Du richtig sagst. Ich gehe davon aus, dass jeder, der in klassischem Gesang ein Konservatorium abschließt, ohne Mikro singen können muss. Seither hat er aber in der Tat zumeist mit Mikro gesungen, obwohl es einige Videos ohne Mikro gibt.

Placido Domingo, born Jan. 21, 1941 and Dimash, born May 24, 1994 singing this classic duet on December 10, 2023. So there's 53 years between them, let that sink in for a moment. Placido's voice is still wonderful at age 82 in this clip. Maestro Placido Domingo was of course 1 of the Three Tenors (with Luciano Pavarotti and Jose Carreras). The only people I have seen in reactions to this performance on UA-cam (and I have seen dozens in all) who are critical are opera singers. And quite frankly, it comes across as snobbish. In other words, craftspeople who feel uncomfortable seeing someone like Dimash appear to be almost as good as them without having a career as an opera singer (which Dimash was offered but he declined). And so these opera singers try and find anything they can complain about in their reaction and spend much time on incredibly small details and on informing how REAL opera singers do their job. They may think we don’t see this but we do and we understand people want to embrace their own profession and protect it because if anyone can be called an ‘opera level singer’ then their own profession will suffer for it.

However, it does not come across as honest. Everyone knows Dimash is not a professional opera singer but he is as close as it is possible to come seeing as he is a vocal genius and in some ways the greatest vocal acrobat of this generation. That you don’t mention that this was a superb performance by Dimash, singing with the legend Placido, in a situation where there was tons of pressure is baffling and comes across as condescending. Instead you insist on focusing on the 5% pop you say he has in his voice, your opinion and nothing substantiated. The audience/judges saw what the rest of us also saw, that this was a sensational performance by two legends, one old and one new and which has been applauded by all kinds of people and professions.

Remember that Placido would never have agreed to sing such a duet if he thought Dimash was ‘simply’ a popstar with some added vocal talent. He knew Dimash was in anything but name an opera singer and Dimash showed it here for the whole world to see. I have even seen some say Dimash was the better of the two. Dimash will continue perfecting his craft in all musical styles (incl. opera), he is a humble man but deserves respect also from persons in the opera world and profession who should lay aside pride and scepticism and embrace this incredible music talent whose like we have probably not seen in the last 50 years. I hope you will watch that performance again and this time enjoy it as it should be enjoyed, with fresh eyes.
