Kindly explain the difference between “Due process of Law” and “Procedure established by law”
Due process of law means law is above of everyone. if he is poor , rich , officials , non officials will get same punishment if they breach law.
but in procedure established by law, there should be equality of treatment in equal circumstances. if someone is rich or whether someone is poor than law will be different for them. there must watch circumstances there

DM means district magistrate and SP means superintendent of police....it's huge difference dm worrks on administration level to provide services and take action on civil cases and SP works on criminal cases... thank you 😇
