Second case, doesn’t want anything to do with him and no contact with the child but she sure wants that money 🤬🤬🤬 I’m a woman and would never do such a despicable thing. Unbelievable
This is absurd.... U can talk to ur kids about moving. Oh I see just cause u got a divorce u aren't qualified to talk to the kids about it life but the judge who doesn't know ur family or the kids can? So dumb.
The issue is not that dad talked to his children about him moving, it’s that the conversation veered into issues regarding physical custody. We don’t know what other issues this couple has had previously - maybe the children have been put in the middle for other issues related to divorce or custody.
@ I would talk to Mom. When that inevitably fails, go to Court for custody. Not drag the kids into an adult dispute. Nor bribe them with a pool and get them to do your dirty work. My father did that to me when I was 10. I’m in my mid-fifties now yet still clearly remember it. I wanted to move in with him. Especially as he was working in Indonesia. We’d lived there for a few years and it was awesome. But being asked to pick a parent was scarring and I felt awful. I worried Mom would take it the wrong way but didn’t have the skill set at that age to explain that I meant no offense to her. No parent should put their child in that position. P
In the first case its funny they say he can't have those conversations. I watched another case where the father was railroaded because he didn't discuss a life change with the kids before he did it. They said he alienated the kids by not including them. Can't win.

OMG the first case is insane if I follow it correctly. So he is not allowed to tell his kids of his move? Why does "big brother" want to have a say in that whereas it should be the parents sharing it with the children.

Cuz that’s what happens when parents can’t/ won’t mediate. If you can’t sort your shit out then those rights essentially get shifted to the judge/ state
She's still in the military, so it's probably in case she gets stationed overseas. If that happens, and she is not married or married to an active service member on joint duty, at the time of the duty station change, there are a lot of other hurdles outside of needing a passport.
Nelson seems to be against fathers. Every time i hear a case of his and you think that things are going in dad's favor, BOOM, the dad gets slammed by Nelson
At around 34 minutes in finally a women says "I want to be fair and accept the recommended support and not ask for a higher amount" only to have the man hating AAG say "do you know how much he makes and are you sure you do not want more" WTF.
OMG he asked his kids about moving with him???? This is some real Hardcore adult stuff. What is he crazy?? Are you friggin serious of course the children should be involved in the decision if they move or not!! Most of these deadbeat mothers don't even let the father know when they up and move!!
The children should be able to voice their opinions. But it sounds like dad was whispering in their ear that living with him will be better than staying with mom. That puts the children in the middle.
@nb-user25 I get what you're saying the whole swimming pool and dog thing, but the judge is saying these are adult matters as if they're talking about dividing property, etc, the kids should have their say he could have handled it better but this is a waste of the courts time
The narrator is pissing me off. The women are being very reasonable, yet the narrator is taking every advantage just to bash women for no reason. In the third case, if her ex is living in a shed, she absolutely has a right to voice a concern and ask that more information be provided to ensure overnight visit is appropriate!! That is not her trying to keep her child from it's father. And she WANTS him to have visitation. This is bloody ridiculous!!! It sounds like they are being very amicable and coparenting well together. Stop creating drama and bashing women unnecessarily. FFS

So he was just supposed to move and not tell his kids ??? wtf….
Exactly this don’t make no sense at all that would really be cold to not tell your kids

I understand the point of not dragging the kids into it but what was he supposed to do just move away without even bringing it up? 😂
Dumb is opining on the issue when you clearly don’t fully understand it. 🙄
@julialawson8401 I'd love to hear wht you would do, out of curiosity.

The case depends on the judge

@@nb-user25 True we don't know the entire story....just seems harsh.

Second case she blocked him. How is he supposed to know where the mom is.she should not be allowed a passport for child

The “stuttering” judge. Can only watch him for about 15 seconds.
I tried to make it enjoyable to watch
And his camera placement bothers me, too.
Women in the wrong will alway prevent the kids from making the choice. It's worse to lie to children than to involve them broken system
WOW! So before he can be thanked for his service he was asked if it was honorable or dishonorable. Smh. It shows who he’s leaning towards.
