The state will always go against the father if the mother is receiving payments from the state my son was kept from seeing his son for a year kept telling him to get an attorney for visitation and yes he was paying 400 for child support without seeing his son he finally got an attorney who found out the mother was lying about not working and receiving assistance he got visitation rights and she was charged with fraud for not reporting the income she claimed she didn’t have.she gets child support but now she has to keep the job she has to pay the state the money she owes.

The first case clearly shows that the mother left the relationship to move 4 hours away from her own child to seek an alternative lifestyle. Why would the dad want his daughter to be exposed to that?! It’s a good thing that he doesn’t have to bring her all the way up to see her 4 hours away! The judge should have definitely had imposed back child support whether he asked for it or not!

I cannot believe the judge that handled Ms. Hawkins! He's been asking for DNA tests for the kids and because he didn't ask at the exact time the judge wanted him to the judge won't let him get one now and if he does and the kids aren't his he still has to pay?!?! Outrageous! And Mom has Medicaid which she doesn't pay for but she wants Dad to pay her when he has his own insurance for the kids through his job?! My jaw is on the floor with this judge!

It's BS because that mom can get a job and plays the victim, wants her kids dad to pay for a car he doesn't use and the system makes it ok for women who dont work.
