Can you please tell me why nowadays authorized service center or local shop are not repairing phones which are just 4 to 5 years old?
I have nokia 6 lauched 5 to 6 years back and Nokia service center dont have parts like home sensor button , key pads strip to increase or decrease volume.. they are telling me that it's old phone and getting parts are difficult.
I don't understand why repairing old phone has become useless.
I have now come across Network issue on nokia 6 but they are trying to change whole motherboard which is around 4 thousand rupees..
This is not correct and every company is trying to sell new phones and not providing good service after you buy the phone.
There should be some law...
