You are proving yourself a true and honest creator among viewers. Among all youtubers I know as of now I find Geeky Ranjit and Gyan Therapy most honest creators who really care about common users and speak for users. Please maintain this simplicity and honesty forever. Other so called big tech youtubers are busy with promoting phones and earning money by making company instructed reviews etc. Indian tech youtubers are now strong enough to raise these kind of issues but there is no unity among tech people.

The one of the many reasons I am sticking with samsung is their services in my local service centre. In 2016 I had problems in display of J7 within 1 year and they repaired my device without asking anything and free of cost within 5 days. I also once tried to root that same device and couldn't turn on the device as it showed frp lock 😁 and they did fix the device without asking any question. So for me I trust samsung more in their services than other brands in my area.

I visited Xiaomi service center in 2020 with my redmi note 5(for screen replacement) and the same thing happened to me.But I was fortunate enough to go to another state in the following month for travelling and I got the screen replaced.It was the only one left according to them.

I recently visited 6 samsung service centres in Delhi because my 25w adapter was not working. It was such a sad scene to see that none of them had the 25w adaptor in stock for the replacement (although all of them had sale units in display) and it will take almost 2 weeks to get a replacement unit

There is a global chip shortage in India one doesnt feel it because india is a large country.
Im in middleeast my car developed some issue would you believe i was told it would take time to get the part shipped and fix, so it took almost 20 days plus 2 days for them to work on the car
But i escaped easy the new model of my car in showroom has analogue instrunent cluster and mine being 3 years older has digital one and infotainment was built in which got removed but price is more WTF !

Also one more issue that I felt even in samsung and mi center was dishonesty. They always charge you more by telling false mobile part problems.. I cross checked it by getting the phone inspected by normal technician. Infact this is issue with most service centers now in India. Brands don't have any mechanism to check if service center is cheating on customer. Service centers goes on achieving monthly target and customer suffers everytime

I have only been to Motorola and Xiaomi service center and both of them didn't disappoint. They fixed my phone and that too within a day or two. So no complaints there. Both were located in Bangalore:)

Hello sir, My friend had a kind of similar experience with realme 2 years ago. He had a pixel dead issue in his phone. He approached to service center and they said that they are out of stock of display and they will order a display which will come in 15 days. But this extended to nearly 1.5 month to 2 month. By this time his warranty got expired and demanded money to repair it. I don't know why brands do like this especially Chinese companies 🤦🤦
simple answer:- Display import hone mein time lagta hai. Yahan thore hi Display taiyaar hota hai? Yahan toh assemble hota hai phone, Display to bahar se import karte hai aur kabhi kabhi toh 4months lag jata hai(depends on which courier is being used)
I had mi phone and I changed the display on the last day of the warranty period , They changed it without issue and my had many scratches

I also had the same problem but it was more than yours oppo reno 8 my one was already expanded near camera 😢 but my problem was resolved within 5-6 working days😊my display was changed for no cost under warranty😊😊

I've visited service centres 2 times as of now
And my experience was COMPLICATED
Although they solved my battery problem in just 1 hr but they charged me for that while my device was in warrenty period
It's the Gionee service centre and its been 3 yrs almost

My experience with Samsung has been good. My phone had a touch screen issue. It was missing some touches sometimes not consistently. And the display was replaced within 2 hours without any charge.
Bcoz koi. Physical damage nhi tha, saara damage internally tha jisme warranty easily avail ho jaati h
@Mystic AshmiT That's prerequisite for warranty. But I was just impressed with parts availability and quick customer service. Even i had good experience with vivo service centre also. They repaired minor issue without cost even after my phone was out of warranty.

i had somewhat same problem i bought s20fe and it had black crush thats fine but screen had weird lines on screen when grey color was displayed i went to service center for 14 days of the time when i could get a replacement they denied it and on 15th day they agreed so i had no option to get it replaced and they were saying they would apply a new screen. New phone 42k and they were asking to get rid of water resistance seal.

I bought samsung galaxy m52 5g on 3rd July 2022, On 9th August I received a software update. After updating my device the screen of my phone stopped responding. If I am touching anywhere, nothing is happening. Even I was not able to pick up any call. On 30th September I went to the samsung service centre to get this issue resolved. But since that day I am suffering. I am stuck in their scam. They are running scam in their service centre. I have got all proof of that. But can't do much. If I go to consumer court, the process is complex and it will take too much time. At last I took my device from them on 14th October 2022 in open condition. Back panel is open and I don't know from inside they have stolen any part or what they have done. Back panel has big scratches. Phone is not working. It is good for nothing. I lost my money because of these people. Can't write everything here. Feeling helpless.
I have got some video recordings of my conversation with service centre people and some call recordings with customer care executives. Which is sufficient to explain how this service centre is running scam.

Need Advice: I am really impressed with new "DJI OSMO ACTION 3" and decided to but it but DJI's Official Website Says India Doesn't Have Any Authorized Service Center, Then How Does The 1Year Warranty Work? Many People On UA-cam Have Made That They Had To Send The Product To Hong Kong And Spend Money On Shipping, Others Just Paid The Local Service Center For The Service. So should I buy it?

The only video which has shown offline real struggle of a user enduring the service centre's mistakes. A personal experience with realme has been so pathetic, they take at least 2 weeks for any part to become available for replacement.
