It took me 5 minutes to find the interview with Anthony Mackie, so it's not exactly hidden information.

Eminem got to know Mackie on set and rewrote this rap to personally roast Mackie, not out of any kind of spite or to actually rag on him, but to get a legit reaction out of Mackie. Mackie got too shook to finish, it was legit, and he tried to get them to reshoot it so he could do his half of the battle but they decided not to because this reaction was way too good.
