1.Prepare sleep environment routinely. 2.daily physical activities with work or do routine walk. 3.b4 bed tight and relax every muscles from head to feet. 4. Without moving body close eyes and see inside. 5.focus on breathing 6. soak feet in hot water or take warm water shower & msage feet. Dring warm water 30 min after dinner 7.close eyes and pupil upward then count 100 to 1
