If you dug this, you have to check them out playing it live at the TEDx in 2017. It's their closer for that performance. They are roughly the same age as they are when they recorded this. That finale is breath-taking.
That breakdown at the end is great. And better live of course. Pau is in full animal mode during that last 30 seconds. Just a blur of hair and arms moving 🤘⚡️
Hi my friend, thanks for your reaction! Here, Marcello from The Warning Brasil! You need watch the two videos of Tedx Talks of Nevada University! They won't harm you in any way on your way through this album and will help you fall even more in love with these 3 incredible sisters! In the second video, from 2017, they give an epic performance of Survive! This is the band's anthem and still remains in the band's regular setlists.
you are certainly in for a treat when you see this live. they _basically_ play it straight live, but it deffo plays "bigger" also, your favorite The Warning song will almost always be the one you listened to most recently.
This is still one of my favorite songs and is still hanging on in a lot of their current set lists! You will love seeing this live, both the TedX in 2017 and the Teatro Metropolitan in 2022, versions are awesome!!!🔥🔥😊⚡️
Watching them perform Survive at the 2017 TEDx University of Nevada is what sold me on The Warning. I think they perform the song in pretty much all the concerts that have been professionally recorded. One of the latest performances being at the 2022 Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert. It's also a lot of fun to watch them play Survive (yep, their own song) on Rock Band 4 which is the video game that started it all. You can find the video on The Warning UA-cam channel. It's entitled, you guessed it, 'Playing Survive on Rockband'. Thank you for reacting to my favorite band!
Great reaction! I think you’ll appreciate live versions ( there are many) better now that you’ve heard the studio track. Greetings from the Hollywood Hills. ✌️❤️🔥
It's interesting hearing this when they are younger, so much so that their voices changed compared to more recent songs. Their voices certainly got deeper.
When you do the live reaction, you have to do the TEDx 2017 version. And The Warning makes lots of people say 'this is my favorite song' every time they hear a new song.
Just in case no one has said it yet, the 2017 TEDx version is what you're looking for 😆 ETA: With When I'm Alone being semi-retired (it was played a couple of times on the UK tour when Pau was ill), Survive is the oldest track in their current setlist.
This song is basically the only one that still survives from this album in current The Warning's setlists. They will have to make space for the songs from the upcoming album so I don't know if it will stay that way. Very cool song, works very well on stage! And I confirm that the definitive live version is the one from the 2017 TEDx conference.
That intro is way cooler in the Ted Talk's and shortly after Dani starts singing Pau breaks a stick you see it fly accross the set to land on a cymbal that Dani hits a moment later to send it flying as she replaces the stick mid beat without missing a beat
‘Free Bird’!! … oh wait, it’s the 21st century, ‘Survive’!!!!!!! 😂 epic fan favorite & still played today (as of April😉) 21st Century Blood indeed 😊. (P.S. keep with the studio versions. Some reactors do both studio/live in one video. Best way for comparison)
And to hear you talk about one song being better than the next. That just how they are. Queen of the murder scene is great start to finish. And Error does not have a bad song. Not too many bands have albums without filler songs to get the album done. Not these talented young ladies
BRO, NECESITAS VER LAS CANCIONES EN VIVO EN EL TEATRO METROPLITAN DE LA CIUDA DE MEXICO, EN VIVO SON MUCHO MEJOR QUE LAS CANCIONES DE ESTUDIO. DE LO QUE TE ESTAS PERDIENDO. SURVIVE, LA CANTAN PAU Y DANY, VE EL VIDEO EN VIVO.
M VOY A MANIFESTAR PACIFICAMENTE: RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVO!!!!! DEMONIOS, RECCIONA A ESTA CANCION EN VIVOOOOOOOO!!!
You can tell this song was written 10 years too early. Their voices hadn't matured enough to fit this stadium level song. They wrote this too early in their career. They have a habit of doing that.

The 2017 TEDx performance of this song is my favorite version. The entire 3 song presentation is amazing. Definitely worth reacting to!
That breakdown at the end is great. And better live of course. Pau is in full animal mode during that last 30 seconds. Just a blur of hair and arms moving 🤘⚡️
I second everyone else here, you have to watch their TEDx 2017, the whole thing. They were 16, 14 and 12 at the time!

Budget issues, limited studio time and... yeah, had to go to school and finish homework !
This song was the introduction to the warning for so many of us.
Watching them have a ball jamming out at the end of this song never gets old. You must see them perform this song at the 2017 TEDx talk.
you are certainly in for a treat when you see this live.

This react is why I watch reacts. Well done, sir.

I don't think I've ever listened to the studio version of this song. There are just so many amazing live versions out there.

This is basically their Freebird. As literally every other comment has said, go watch it live.
The best version is Ted Talks 2017 You Have been Warned when Ale was still the smallest member before she grew taller than both Pau and Dani presently

Great reaction, really enjoyed it. i was gonna mention the tedx but i see a few folks beat me to it! lol see ya next time, thanks
That intro is way cooler in the Ted Talk's and shortly after Dani starts singing Pau breaks a stick you see it fly accross the set to land on a cymbal that Dani hits a moment later to send it flying as she replaces the stick mid beat without missing a beat
Ted X 2017 has three songs from XXI century blood. Not to mention, it’s very good. Thanks for the reaction, see you soon.
‘Free Bird’!! … oh wait, it’s the 21st century, ‘Survive’!!!!!!! 😂 epic fan favorite & still played today (as of April😉) 21st Century Blood indeed 😊.

The live versions of The Warning are so much better than the studio. It’s just how this group is. You’ll find out when you start reviewing them live.
And to hear you talk about one song being better than the next. That just how they are. Queen of the murder scene is great start to finish. And Error does not have a bad song. Not too many bands have albums without filler songs to get the album done. Not these talented young ladies
you should check out "survive" at Ted X at Nevada university
