The title song ‘XXI Century Blood’ has an award-winning music video & would have flooded MTV if it was around back in the day. For live videos Dakota bar is the exceptional source for this album (doing 2fer studio/live reactions is a great idea). Lunario and Foro DiDi also have excellent versions.

A couple of Fun Facts. The Warning composed this whole album with four chords. Ale was in 7th grade when they recorded it. Nice reaction, thanks.
This is one of my favorites also. That instrumental breakdown hits even harder live…take a look/listen to the Whiskey a go go live version…it’s amazing.

Ale, the bass player, was 12 when this album was released. probably younger when they wrote the song.

This is still one of my favorite Warning songs. That first, almost classic-rock sound gives way to a dreamy, shoegaze style sound, then a more straight ahead indie style. Smashing Pumpkins is an excellent comparison.

Ale's favorite song! It's an inside joke that Ale was so young she didn't understand the lyrics and it became a joke between Pau and Dany that Ale hated it.
She didn't, of course.
Ale said she didn't like it in a vlog. Talking about their inclusion of the song in their setlist Ale said things like it was a weird song and it was good back then, but for them now it isn't. She then changed her words and said for only her it wasn't good as Dany spoke and told everyone not to listen to Ale.
People remembered what Ale said and kept telling her that she hates the song...obviously in a joking manner. Ale herself didn't remember saying anything bad about the song so she started to wonder if maybe she didn't like it since everyone was telling her she didn't.
This came up again at the private UK acoustic set where Dany and Pau both questioned her why she didn't like the song. Ale said she does, but it's not one of her favorites to which Pau joked that Ale was lying and she hates it so much. The crowd laughed.

You'll see that the arraignments of these songs are top notch, it's mind blowing, considering their ages. When you react to the live version, the Whiskey a Go Go is killer.

Hey Hurm1t! Love this song, but I must respectfully disagree with you going through this album in lyric videos. They were independent and could not afford a lot of studio time or a lot of production. I would highly recommend to these songs in album order, live from the Dakota Bar. Also, this song has a great live from the Whiskey-a-go-go!! You will thank me ;) Rock On, my man!
FYI: The next song is "Survive". The BEST version is from their second TEDx Talk. You will thank me later. It is THE one that got a LOT of us in TWA Hooked for life!
I can only experience a song for the first time once. I prefer to do the studio versions for the first time because I can always check out live shows later when i have something to compare it to, but I wouldn't want to do a studio version after a reaction to the live version.

That is a great way of gaining life experience in your youth! Most people I know who were "Old Souls" were bookworms too lol.
