Hahahahah I have a friend she showed me this like “ I eat everything, no sugar blah blah hahahaha just putting me in a position to eat and a few months later she was in a super strict diet telling me lies 😅so I don’t believe when the people said I eat everything blah blah like bullshit for me
No way she is eating the things she shows and is that skinny. NO WAY.

@@mayanathao i know girls who eat way more than her and are medically underweight. she's an athlete and probably naturally skinny.
I feel like you’re one of the few creator who eats foods and amounts i can relate to and are something realistic. Who would be satiated after a small slice of bread with 1/4 of an avocado?! So thank you for that!!

as someone who has lived with anorexia for the past two years i love you videos so much and you inspire me to fix my relationship with my body and exercise. ily ily ily 🤍
I struggled with anorexia for almost a decade, but now i am finally able to say i am recovered. I am at a healthy weight and my mental health is much better too. I feel good in life again. Lidia has been such a big help to me too. I promise you that recovery is worth it. It’s not easy, but one day you will look back and thank youself for choosing yourself. Hope all the best for you! Remember you are a strong human being, and you deserve a fuldilled and well nourished life🫶🏻
@@sisselpedersen9828 im trying to recover but my innerself is killing me. i was only focusing on slimming my thighs 5 months back but everything escalated so quickly that i fell deeper into anorexia since 2 months. my mom is already suffering with my sister who got admitted to the hospital for rfs. now even im at a worse risk as im still just 16 but i still cant give up the anorexic voice

Thanjs for sharing ! It's interesting how meals habits are differents across countries. I am French but I watch mostly english speaking content and I noticed that people used to eat light meals at lunch and "heavy" (pasta/meat) at dinner. In French, we (at least people that I know) are taught since childhood that you have to eat light food at diner and avoid pasta, cheese, cooked meals like lasagnas and gratin at diner. It is popular to have a soup or vegetables and fish at diner.

Love the White Company pyjamas too 🥰 I eat very very similarly to you- quite Mediterranean inspired and no restrictions just mindfulness and preparedness with a few spontaneous treats thrown in. This balance has me at my healthiest weight and also has me at my most energetic so that I can reach my fitness goals. It’s great to see this type of approach to nutrition be represented.

I'm so happy for you and that you've found what works for you. Wish I was the same but my metabolism is normal, eating like you would result in weight gain :(
Her metabolism is also caused by her consistency with pilates, genetics too definitely, but doing pilates for over 5 years has made my maintenance go from 1600 all the way to 3400. Continuous exercising builds and strengthens your inner core, definitely recommend it for long term goals.

With more muscle than fat overtime, you will burn more calories throughout the day even without exercise compared to the time your body composition consisted of more fat= higher metabolism

Love the style of the video and the beautiful relaxing tone it has. But I have to say, she must have a very high metabolism, if I eat all that in a day I'd be double my weight in a month!
Currently on 2 meals a day and a snack in between, I feel a good balance between times I meal prep and the rest of my day. I used to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day but had to spend hours in the kitchen preparing, didn't find it sustainable!
