You need a ball valve so if the grey tank gets full or your car enough away from the shore you can dump grey water into the sound
getchu some cushions to throw on your battery box and gas tank and then they will blend in better and be more useful
Hey love the updates but maybe you should look into building a box with a lid around the motor so bugs won’t get in threw that opening and the exhaust hole for the generator I didn’t notice a screen on it so you might won’t to screen that as well just my thoughts

You could have an inflatable bladder under the rear of house boat. Once you get where your going and anchor you can inflate it. When it's time to go you pull air out with vaccume.

So glad to see the back screened in. Let’s hope they don’t swarm up by the motor! Kind of surprised you didn’t screen up the front, too. With the setup you chose you could just leave them open so you could still fish from the front. I’d want both ends protected from hordes at night.

In theory that area should be sealed by water when the boat is in the water
@anthonybonci9073 definitely "in theory", pontoons typically float fairly high so that area unfortunately won't be sealed by the water
Really nice to see that you upgraded the kitchen in the cabin! I remember I commented that you should put the fridge under a bench top and have it on slides so really great that you took the viewers advise, now you're going to be catching and cooking in style!!

You should add a captains chair that folds up into the side of the cabinet so it’s out of the way. And maybe a sun deck on top? What does your neighbor think of the renovations?

Some thoughts to prevent bugs from coming up by the motor. 1- build a screen box over the motor when not in use hang it over the a/c unit.
2- built r a hard sided cover that can double as a seat in the screenhouse (handy next to the shower) When the motor is being used, store the box/seat inside under sink and u can use it in living quarters as a table or extra stool to but your feet up on when using your MSI Prestige 16 studio laptop!!!!
..
orrrr simply use another magnetic screen draped over the motor.
Add flotation to the two outside pontoons at the rear. Extend them. Also build some aluminum panels to deflect water away from the two tanks you have behind center pontoon.
That catch and Cook Cabin is out of this world amazing.

It totally looks amazing! I am a little surprised y'all didn't add a folding seat to the back cooking area to the driving side that could have been used as a seat or somewhere to sit extra stuff while cooking. But it looks amazing! 💯❣
Awesome upgrades fellas!!! Only one thing you guys missed. How about a hang on the wall shop vac with a long hose thar could reach the whole inside of the boat?? 3 dudes and a dog it would definitely come in handy 👍 Happy catch and cook boat looks killer!!! 🤙
You need to make a plastic hood to cover the out bored and that will seal off the rest of the back deck you need to get either a bug light or the candles

Love the redo on the boat! It looks great. There’s two things I noticed that would make nice additions. Since you’ve put the refrigerator on the sliding shelf you can utilize the space above it on the right side. I noticed an open space there under the counter and to the right of the sink. Perfect spot to install a drawer and you can never have enough storage space. The other thing I noticed is you could put a seat for the driver of the boat and make it where it is on hinges. It can fold up into a seat and then down out of the way kinda similar to what’s in your sub but put this one on a long hinge at top. Anyway, those are things that just jumped out at me. But great job you guys did on your rehab. I love the open air shower there! That would be awesome to shower seemingly right there in nature like that. Thanks for the video guys and keep up the great work!

a suggestion for your shower may be to build a frame that comes up to your waist to put a shower curtain on or some kind of something that isn't completely see-through up

Looks great! Love the flooring, updated kitchen and screened in back deck. The only things I would change are the color of the siding on the outside and all the white inside as it makes it look cheap.

One thing that you could look into if you're looking to repower the boat some day (this would take a ton of work but n the end would be extremely worth it imo) is to look into the Indmar Marine EcoBoost/EcoJet package that they offer for pontoon boats. It will convert the boat to an inboard and jet drive so you can have a shallow draft to get into shallower waters plus it will increase the maneuverability of the boat.
Again, future thing to consider, I figured I would throw that out there. Boat looks rad, man!
Looks good all your missing on back is a motor box/ bench. The last area bugs have a easy way in.

Me and my dad redid a pontoon into one of these. The shack is on 4 hydrolics so the roof raises n lowers for travel, have a bunk bed, kitchen counter, toulet, and a couch, with a porch out front. I wanna say its a 30-50ft.(bad at measuring)

There are 12 volt/solar charged bug zappers you can put in your screened in porch to keep the nasties under control even more. There are a number of brands, so do some research, and pick your fave. I have one with a hanger so I can hang it where I need it, a 4-way light on the bottom, and the zapper with the nice blue glow. It's only about 6-7 inches high. The bugs land in a little tray inside the unit, so they're not falling on you. It helps quite a bit.

I think you still need a small bug zapper somewhere on the outside that's not near an entrance. You know how sneaky those dang bugs are.
You should make a fold down seat for the captain's chair that attaches to the wall when not in use to optimize space! Kind of like what is in the sub!
