Totally Agree Steve. Sigala just came out with the Z06 front bumper replacement on Stingrays and soon to have the fenders , rear quarter panels, and rear bumper kits too. Hopefully Sigala doesn’t specialize in engines🤣
I'm putting the z07 wing on mine for the downforce. Going to need it with more hp thanks to boost district. I think a full carbon Fiber wing looks great too. Especially after the wheel gap is taken away.
It looks very exotic now and those side intakes look beyond great, they would really pop with a more contrasting body color. The carbon wheels would complete the carbon look, but I know they are very expensive.
Absolutely phenomenal job by Sigala on the parts and install for your Z07 package Justin. The Z is really looking the part now. You going to do the carbon fiber rims from GM or are you going another route? I think a set of Apex Racing rims would look really nice on there and save you more weight/money over getting the carbon fiber versions from GM. Looking at a set of their Apex VS-5RS rims for the C6Z build I plan on doing down the line. Really enjoy the content bud, keep it coming.
If I had a Corvette E-Ray 3LT with the ZER performance pack, I would definitely put that carbon fibre Z07 kit on it with the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires on the E-Ray
Hi Justin, the car looks great! I know the wing mounting bracket is supposed to match OEM, but I’m wondering how strong the wing feels - does it cause the bumper to flex? I came across some older youtube vids of the wing showing the bumper flex but who knows if it was installed incorrectly or if they changed the wing mount design. A competetor has a z07 style wing with vertical supports to the bumper cross beam and I wonder if that’s overkill. Thanks for the vids!

This was based on their presentation at Carlisle, multiple people I've met, saw their parts, and spoke to in detail about their experience with Sigala! Now, with that all said, it seems recently with their launch of Z06/Z07 parts, Sigala has made some internal changes for the better! Their parts, customer service, and quality has appeared to have improved drastically! I can’t imagine what it costs to have 2 Sigala guys come to your house to install their kit. I’m sure they don’t do this normally and your sponsorship with them played a role. The average person looking to convert their Z06 to a Z07 is gonna have to pay out the ass to get it done. Car looks great though.
A great video for C8 Z06 owners considering an upgrade to the Z07 wing. The tech team really knows their products. Huge bonus that they really know how to a super-clean install, too. Kudos, Justin!
Not a bad idea, although one must be aware of possible side-effects since the aerodynamic forces will be altered which affects handling, depending on aerodynamic load, in conjunction with spring rates and shock valving, etc.
IYO: Better than GM OEM Parts? Still expensive and any Individual Warranty Voided? Can use on just ZO6 and on ERAY? Eray has same body configuration “Wider Body”? So same parts for Eray? Justin cleans/washes his car!!! Guaranteed to bring rain in PA. Do Not Bring Rain To Carlisle!!!
Wow! That wing looks just like the original OEM from Chevrolet! I knew there was an issue with all the holes and was wondering how you were going to deal with that. I have a friend who is taking his to a body shop to get the pearl white paint match. GM was not cooperative at all. GM would not sell it to them so they found it on eBay.

Did you originally want the Z07 package from GM? But they couldn’t fulfill it?They have fulfilled ZERO Z07s at Penske Chevrolet in Indy last year of the only 7 Z06s they delivered. I’m #16 on their list and apparently GM is not delivering ANY Z07 packages for 2024. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve been considering getting my Z06 and adding these aftermarket Z07 parts. Were you able to get the magnetic ride with yours?
When the installer is marking the holes when he puts the bumper back on he says "Its 3 to the main bracket and 2 to the arms" What is he referring to? 3 inches, 3 holes not clear what he is referring these numbers to. Please explain, thanks!
3 holes go into the main tub of the car and 2 other holes go to arms that extend off of the brackets for the wing so 5 bolts per bracket holding that wing to the main tub of the car.
Knowing this was your intent all along, I couldn’t see the car any other way. What a labor intense project though. Great job, perseverance won the battle !!

The mount. It looks like the mount they used is pretty good. Time will tell. The stingray mount you are talking about is a joke. Plus the wing is fiberglass. A brick, super heavy. This is the best Corvette Chevy has ever built, and waiting to buy the car for 40 years, believe me I know. Leach Wilson Chevy in Shelbyville IL is selling me, my build of the car. Aaron is my sales rep and he, as well as the rest of the sales reps, have been awesome. They are selling my build at MSRP, and as soon as I get it I will post it on line. These guys need to be commended for being so honest, and willing to work with the customer. They are way better than any other dealer I've dealt with. Most of the dealers are out for themselves, its not that they aren't making enough money but they want to gouge for more. I had one dealer try to sell me a used Z06 that didn't have the Z07 package for over $ 210K??? Golf Mill was the worst they told me they didn't want my build that they would order what they wanted and auction it off to the highest bidder. These guys need to be boycotted.

Should have done the carbon fiber mirror caps while the turn signals were off. And use the GM points to get the CF roof panel.

Not entirely. Their kit plus their install is still almost 6k less than GM's kit let alone GM's install cost on top of it!

It might actually... I know the Z06 is wider but that dove tail wing isn't as wide as the rear bumper.

Mag ride is standard, yes. I wanted Z07 but realized pretty quickly you can add it after the fact for less money like I did here.

The wheels are a dead giveaway it is not a ZO7, and you can see the fiberglass piece covering the holes.
