Ima get real with everyone reading this: If you’re not ready to let go, no ur not alone bc I can’t let go easily ether. And it’s not supposed to be easy. Take ur time. Not being able to let go is not a sign of failure! It’s a sign that u need to focus on urself and to face it and to not ignore it. For gods sakes plz DO NOT ignore ur problem. It will make it worse. I’d doesn’t matter if it takes months to get over it. Take ur time wisely. Don’t push ur self to hard or you’ll end up falling down a rabbit hole. Ok?! Ok cool
Speaking of ocd; I always struggle with obsessive dark thoughts about death and existencial crisis. All this kinda of rumination, has gave me an anxiety. But your videos are always super relaxing to watch. Keep up the good work❤❤

I'm new and deal with chronic OCD and have my whole life not knowing how to deal with it. Just found your channel as I was looking for an ASMR dedicated to calming or helping people, flowing through your videos and I just have to say my dear you have a gift. I am not easily calmed down and the first video I watched just brought me to tears, I'm ashamed to actually have OCD and agoraphobia extreme anxiety I tell no one about it in fear they will judge ect... So it's nice to find someone who is dedicated to helping others deal with the worry if it all and help them relax and to struggle with it yourself amazing. Thx you
