If the government does not improve the infrastructure and security for the doctor, no doctor wants to serve in the govt hospital. Imagine in an emergency situation when a patient died due to lack of infrastructure the patient party blame the doctor. Doctors don't have the power of improving the infrastructure, govt has.

So many of his compounders just started their own practice right next to my grandfather's hospital. They always prescribe powerful pain killer injections, which will, of course, do nothing but just to give them temporary relief. A lot of the villagers visit these compounders because of this rather than visit an actual doctor.

bhai, we mbbs students already have many rural service bond in many states but most of us don't want to serve their due two basic reason: for phc & chc, 1. lack of infra, equipments, support staff, basic facility like regular electricity. 2. physical and verbal violence and security risks things are improving their with constant efforts of central and many state govts but it is still a long way to go... we also want to serve our own people in rural to fix their depivation for medical facilities as general practicioner after mbbs or as specialist after pg but it can only happen if we get out requirements solved first

My father has no deegre but at my early age I have seen him reading books of mbbs level. My father have refused to take two cases and both was died before they reached hospital. And I agree their so many people who are giving so many medicines which not even needed. Recommending Unneeded medicine is also given by qualified doctor.

The solution given at the end of the video has already been implemented by Bhutan Government. They select students after their 12th class on merit basis and send them to other countries like USA, India, UK, etc, free of cost to study and in return, they have to work in Bhutan for first 5 years after their graduation and after that they are free to move where ever they want. source : My friend who is a Bhutanese, studying in my college.

I am from meerut snd my 'Family Doctor' where we usually go didn't have any degree it cost us about 70-100rs per visit(medicine included) but we didn't have any problem He saved a lot of money and know 1 of his daughter is pursuing mbbs from china and know he is planning to send another daughter to abroad to pursue mbbs

But the problem with poor segment or say middle class segment of rural areas faces severe problem and mental disattisfaction from goverment public health institution.Also sometime medicine provided by these quaks sometime really works. SO people prefer to visit these quack
In our village Quacks are not problem but they provide solutions to us sometimes even better than Doctors.
My father has no deegre but at my early age I have seen him reading books of mbbs level.
My father have refused to take two cases and both was died before they reached hospital.

Gov ki hai.. Healthcare system bas dr se nhi chalta.. Gov ko support krna hoga gaanv mein naa proper labs hai naa proper hospitals naa proper dispensaries hai jahan dawai sahi se mile aur gaanv ke log real dr ki jgh jholachaap dr pe jyada wishwas krte hai..gaanv ke log dr ko hi maarne daudte hai unke hisab se sab kuch dr ki hi jimmedari hai sarkar toh jhak maar rhi hai..Toh koi bhi achcha dr apni safety, time aur apni life ko kyu risk kre gaanv mein jaake..jab sarkar kuch krna nhi chahti.. The solution given at the end of the video has already been implemented by Bhutan Government.
They select students after their 12th class on merit basis and send them to other countries like USA, India, UK, etc, free of cost to study and in return, they have to work in Bhutan for first 5 years after their graduation and after that they are free to move where ever they want.

I am from meerut snd my 'Family Doctor' where we usually go didn't have any degree it cost us about 70-100rs per visit(medicine included) but we didn't have any problem He saved a lot of money and know 1 of his daughter is pursuing mbbs from china and know he is planning to send another daughter to abroad to pursue mbbs
