Beautiful ride. Like you I've spent 13k in the first 3 months of owning my 14 gt500. 373s and mgw shifter and borla ataks being my first 3 mods. I saved atleast 6k from doing all my own work.
Hey brother great video, I just subscribed from good old Southern California where the cops just lie and wait for us! I had to laugh when you showed your stock exhaust on the side of your garage because I had mine in the same spot for months and just had them put back on🤬! Your car is a beast, I’m running a 2017 GT with a Roush phase 2 supercharged conversion with all the goodies and it is not legal in California, only the 670 hp phase 1 is. I’m also running the 72mm instead of the stock 85mm. With the Lund remote tune I should be around 800 at the crank, haven’t done a dyno yet, been kinda afraid to push it that hard for that long but it’s a handful on the streets! Don’t want to bore you with all this but like you I’ve put about the same amount of dollars in it. Take care and keep the videos coming!

SVT Runnin501 I’m actually embarrassed to say but I got into a car accident , two days after I got it. I traded in a 5.0 for it. When I drove it off the lot I never set my mirrors . So my blind spots were all screwed .Was in the shop since July last year. They had no new hoods in stock so I had to wait an entire year for the manufacture to re-stamp a new hood. Don’t crash these things my bro! .
Are you kidding me!! Wowwww, I don’t know what’s more shocking, the factor you got into an accident or the fact you had to wait a year for a hood!! What year 5.0 you go with ?
SVT Runnin501 2013 5.0 . Man what’s even more crazy is that fact that the airbags deployed. So after the fact, the repair. The car dropped 30 grand in value and now I’m forced to keep it!

@@svtrunnin501 This winter i was focusing on engine dress up/radio, moroso oversize tank with steering power tank, painting red with signature shelby battery and break cylinder cover from AM, installed cervini open hood, full length radiator cover paint red with white strip, switch my stock radio Shaker 500 to Pioner Apple CarPlay with backup camera, SLP Loudmouth Cat-Back Exhaust, all maintenance Oil/filter/gear oil/Transimission oil/fuel filter, making my own Halo LED on my fog light, Ford Performance Polished Coil Covers.

Do you have a mgw shifter and who tuned the car? Lund tuned my '14 with nGauge. I have 93 octane and 93 w/ Boostane tune. You have great choice in Mods on your Shelby.

Boostane is Amazing. I've seen cars on the dyno pick up 10 hp. just adding it to the tank on the same tune. Are you still running the stock injectors?
How are you liking the 555R's? Kenne Bell 4.2 should be the next upgrade. Are you running the stock fuel system besides the boostapump? Too bad that we are so far apart. I'd love to me up with your crew. I drive with the cutouts open sometimes. You can't drive a 800 hp car without the beautiful sound of the magnaflow competition exhaust.
The NT555R are hooking great from a roll haven tested them from a dig. Yeah I wouldn’t mind a 3.6 KB but I’ll need a built motor for that. Stock fuel system. Yeah the magnaflows are nice but so loud.
@@svtrunnin501I'm pretty sure your block has forged piston and and rods. My 2011 had crappy pistons and rods and held up for a while at 735 rwhp. At that moment I told the shop to build me a 9 second car. I also wanted to keep the 6 spd. He built me a motor with ford rods and pistons. The stock transmission was replaced with a brand new t56 manual transmission. He swapped the procharger with a bigger f1r procharger with cog drive. I'm running 97 octane and meth injection so we could run 20 lbs of boost to the big red blowoff valve. The intercooler is a custom intercooler that could control the massive flow of air from the f1r. The car makes 917 rwhp on 97 octane. I'm still breaking in the new motor. Hoping to make 1000 rwhp on 110 race gas. Also had him install nitrous for one of those just in case situations. The list goes on. I could have bought a new mustang for less than the cost of these upgrades. Once I get everything broke in we are going to about 1200 rwhp that should put me in the 8s. The thing you have to remember that life is too short.

I was told only the 3.6 will fit and that’s a very tight fit at that. Anything larger definitely need a new hood

Start buying your parts mrom lmr or cj ponys or american muscle you spending way to much money you getting ripped off.
When it comes to raceing this is what it is .but learn to work on your own car.
