Don't you love it. Its so innocent and so clean. I mean I've never had a singer capture emotions so perfectly through sheer lyrical brilliance when they weren't under the influence. Its stunning.
I realized why Owl City songs hit so hard and cut so deep, even when the lyrics are whimsical or nonsensical; Adam somehow manages to craft songs that evoke emotions that are really difficult or impossible to describe with plain words. The words might not make sense, but they make you feel very specific emotions with the images they put in your head.
That's sweet. Having my own mild disability, I know what you mean when you say that Adam's songs give hope. It's just a gift he has. His songs mean a lot to those who have their own unique situations to deal with... at least that's how I see it. They certainly help me deal with what I have to go through. And because of that, I will forever love Adam.... he's such a dreamer and a great friend to all his fans.
People don't dream anymore, instead they rely on some plant to do it for them. Adam Young is an inspiration, not only do his songs prove you don't need drugs to be successful, but they inspire people to go above and beyond what people think is possible.
I originally bought six copies of this album so I could gift it to friends. Now that I've heard this song, though, I might just keep them all for myself. One album for the car, the kitchen, the living room, the bedroom, at work, and the gym :)

Jeremy MacDonald i think he's pretty comfortable with recycling ideas. the verses in Tokyo are almost identical to Good Time. and he also mentioned using subtle parts of Good Time for Wolf Bite. Personally, I don't mind it, if it's subtle. but Good Time and Tokyo were just way too similar to ignore.

Reduce, recycle, reuse xD Most times he does it on purpose and wants to give new life to some element of a song that he loves, and sometimes it's just subconscious because he is a one-man bad after all.

This song was ranked 92, in the Okay tier. I like this song a lot, but it doesn't really have a whole lot of words, and is mostly music. Which isn't a bad thing, but it doesn't quite stand out compared to some of his other work.
