that is ok..but this is one of the expensive location in gurgaon..so location ka price zaada matter karte hai..in 5 crore you can surely built a better house..but cant get this location.
Location matters the most. And rich people use their time on your their business instead of making home in low budget. And yes people like you don't have money so thats why think that way. Think big Earn big & Spend big. It is as simple as that.
