Commenting from my Google Pixel 3XL here and I personally love the phone compared to my Apple iPhone 6s. Yeah the lack of a headphone jack sucks as a design, but most of our entertainment is moving towards Bluetooth and wifi designs. The phone includes a dongle for an auxiliary chord, headphones and a plug in for faster transfer of data when switching from one phone to another as well as a charger and USB C fast charger chord. A downside was buying a case and scratch resistant glass, but most people but these items to protect their phone anyway. The phone's camera quality is spectacular, games run well, I stream Hulu quite often and the battery well supports the usage with great quality in graphics. @Ghazi Massarani As long as you don't keep your phone in the same pocket as your keys or any metal, you won't need to resort to washing it. So for most people it'll be fine. And considering it's IP68 there's little worry that you could break the phone if you just submerge it a little and wash it.

i dont understand the hate for notches. People act like they are taking up part of the screen but they are only there in order to give you more screen. The only downside is the notification bar has less icons, but its very minor and the bigger screen more than makes up for that. although the pixel notch is MASSIVE and ugly

Xperia phones are junk, had a z2 and it bent in half twice and rendered the screen useless every time it bent, not to mention the “20” megapixel camera that could only shoot in that mode for 2 minutes before getting too hot and turning off, and the plastic camera lens that scratched from me literally wiping it off. Don’t buy a Sony go elsewhere
XZ3 glass is pretty much like Pixel 3. I bought one and got a big scratch just after I took it from the box. Too easy to get scratches. I don't recommend the Sony.
@George Mackenzie yeah because the others are actually full of BS and never used them before, mine isn't caseless, but, after going through hell, it's still in great shape. Jerry even did a XZ2 test and it aced it, it also does not have any plastic lens anymore (they changed this long ago).

Bought one of these off amazon as NEW in December 2021, and they sent me a used one and would not allow me to return or replace it. Today the phone died for no reason and once again Amazon will not do anything. To them breaking the law and committing fraud is OK, and no one will do anything.

Apparently the scratches on the back glass can clean off with water if it was scratched with a softer metal, based on Erica Griffin's video.
