Shall we need to take permission from rto to do such facelift work ?
I dnt think there will be an issue as it's majorly a direct fit and doesn't changes the dimensions of the car. . .
U have to change it in rto/rc.. any modification done to stock model is violation of rule

It will cost around 60k to 70k if we use some used parts or accessories. All new units will cost around 1.25L. The cost may vary depending upon the price of the accessories. . .

Kudos Bro for the facelifts,looks very good. I have also done facelift for my ecosport and projector light always changes its position and also I want power fold mirrors too. So, can you do video about interior of your car if you have modified anything inside?
Hi, thanks for your feed back broh also happy to hear that you too did the facelift. . . interior is the same, we havent modified much, only what we have done is, ambient lightings n smoked the interior roof to black n painted the interior pillars to black, this was done recently

Nothing much when it comes to mechanical parts, but our old model base is a bit extended to front from the engine base guard, from there the entire front frame has to be changed. . .

Windshield washer ( please sort it while purchasing the hood)
Headlight level adjuster motor (if you buying second hand headlamp)
Wirings
Bushes to reduce vibrations. . .

2 options: 1. Direct plug n play with the use of ballaster module.
2. The wiring kit has to be installed for the headlights as old model ecosport used H4 n new model uses H1 & H7 bulbs. I have heard about the wire shorts for direct plug n play, but the chances of fuse getting blown out is more. . .
Kudos for this video. I am planning to buy a Preowned Ford(prior facelift) and get it modified like this. Kindly share the entire cost of this upgrade and if this can be done in Mumbai.

Hi Arpit, glad that you planning to buy a Ford. . . the approx cost is about 1L for the accessories if you are buying OEM from Ford and approx 25k as the labour. . . or else we can use the used spares which might cost the half of the new parts. . .

Bro ! Does it affect car’s airbag functionality or something do they reposition the sensonrs or something!? Is this direct fit or cutting and welding involved ?
The position of the sensors havent changed. The capsule shell is in the exact same position. . . its 90% direct fit, its the clip positions been changed a bit for headlamp n grill. . .

Hi Mahesh, glad you loved the mods, Unfortunately for old model ecosport, we dnt have this type of grills n Its not direct a fit too. . . so i customized it. . .Its fully customized, i bought new face lift ecosport's raptor grill, made some fiber frames to fit to the old model n fixed it. . . now the front bumper and the grill is one single piece. . .

I'm even looking for the same modification, this is what I was trying to enquire..By any chance this modification is available in Bangalore, what will be the estimate for modification & grill ?
Thats completely facelifted, it costed around 65 to 70k including labour (we have used few used components like headlight, bonnet, etc) the grill itself cost around 6 to 8k. . .

I was checking with you if I have to upgrade the front grille with modification how much would it cost...65 to 70k, I understand the overall cost for facelift, for specific grill modification I would like to know the cost (6 to 8k is the grill) to install the grill we need to modify grill area, how much for that modification ? Once again sorry for bugging you on this topic 😬
To make that custom frame will cost you approx 4k, n then you need to repaint the entire bumper as they use putty to mould it. . .

Bro can you tell me how much hid projector that bs6 top model ecosport has, cost? I want to get fitted 2013 model.
55w Crystal eye HID is suggested. . . its come for 5.5k per pair including ballast. . . this rate i said it for H7, ours is H4. . . you have to change the complete headlight set up and that will cost around 14k to 16k. . . !
One more suggestion i can give is, upgrade the fog lamp with bixenon, 65W, comes with dim and upper, you wnt even need any headlight then. . . this will cost you around 8k. . .

As we are not changing its dimensions, changes in the Registration is not required, this is the information which i received. . .
Also we are using the same original stock parts with in the company claimed dimensions, so its okay. . .

Yes. . . the design n cuts are different in old model n new. . . also in old model, windshield washer is on the hood whereas in new model its under the hood. . .

Yes of course we can. . . the instrument cluster itself will cost approximately 14k for used one, like that, parts by parts we can change, just the front dashboard n steering wheel is enough. . . 👍

That depends on the vehicle condition, not sure, but approx 4 to 6L for a decent Titanium TDCi. . .
