Yeah max is a great dude. Joel EXPLOREWITHUS. Thatchapter. Tell em you on that prison planet tip and that you "DON'T LIKE EM PUTTING CHEMICALS IN WATER THAT TURN THE FRICKIN FROGS GAY!¡!
I could have watched another hour of this, easily! Tallah is so amazingly talented and one of the most underrated bands out there today. I loved listening to this and seeing how down to earth and real they all are. I’m seeing Tallah for the first time in Indy this Friday and I’m so stoked!
@@natoba4617 They actually do this year Only a few countries tho, including mine but it is on some festival in the middle of nowhere so it might as well be in germany :D
Already loved Tallah, psyched to see them on here - but now that I know several of them understand that sometimes you just gotta dig a really big hole makes me love them even more.
Fucking love Tallah, found them when they dropped Overconfidence & I’ve been in love ever since. So stoked they were added to the Summer Slaughter 2024 tour! Can’t wait for the Riverside date! It’ll be my first time seeing them finally 🖤🔥
Yep, and that sounds EXACTLY like their shit ass security. They almost kicked me out once on the way into a show just because I had a sealed water bottle with me, I was like come on it’s sealed man and they gave me shit and threatened to kick me out 😂
as an alternative to getting Kim Dracula on the podcast, you could get Kim's brother on who's the guitarist. He's been on Drinks with Johnny so definitely talks.
I wish i could appreciate this band, but i remember the singer having a meltdown over not being appreciated enough. This was over 6 years ago, but im petty like that 😂
I am not a tallah fan anymore, nor Justin himself for various reasons, however, although his meltdown was not right, can you really blame him when people were ignoring him if he put original music out rather than a silly cover on an old alias? I'd sure feel like shit too if I had a bigger audience that didn't respect stuff that's my own honest work rather than a System of a Down - Sugar cover while being on a pogo-stick.
Awww, don't be like that. That meltdown happened in 2014, literally ten years ago. I was very depressed at the time, had a massive ego, and I didn't have a lot of life experience. Ten years is a long time, and a lot of change can happen. It is up to you if you wanna give me another shot, but don't hold onto grudges like that. Life is way too precious. -Justin
I like this band but they're still a bunch of kids. Justin thinks all the shit he's done is funny and cool to show off. The last part of the interview got so boring because he couldn't shut up telling those stories, which he thinks make him look like a badass. Gotta seperate the art from the artist I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hey, you are entitled to your opinion about me, but I was not trying to show off or be a badass; I just love telling stories! I am thirty-three years old, and I have done a lot of stupid/goofy things in my youth. Telling those stories was making Chris react in a positive and funny way, so I kept going. Sorry it rubbed you the wrong way.
Max seems the like the most chill dude & he’s in 2 of the best bands in heavy music right now with Tallah & Code Orange
Met him and the rest in the band in person a few days ago. Can confirm, max is very chill.
Yeah max is a great dude.

Love seeing Joel and Thomas on Podcasts and doing PR with them! Touring guys deserve the love
I was thinking about Tallah being on here a few days ago. Glad that thought has come to reality, these guys are awesome!

Justin is one of the smartest dudes I ever met! Proud to call him my friend and brother. Cant wait for new album
Can listen to these guys talk all day. Justin is funny as hell lol
I hope these guys ever come to europe (preferably central) so I can acutally see them live. The energy they give is insane.
i'm sure they'll eventually want to, I think Justin talked about the costs of it just not being a possibility yet.
@@natoba4617 They actually do this year Only a few countries tho, including mine but it is on some festival in the middle of nowhere so it might as well be in germany :D
I LOVE TALLAH. I saw them in St. Louis and they kicked ass on the Kim Dracula tour. If you get a chance to see them DO IT.
Dude! Max is so cool. Definitely someone I'd like to hang with.
Just met him at the show in Mesa. He's an awesome dude. Really nice and friendly, and very humble too. The whole band were super cool and nice.
Any chance of a Suicide Silence/ Tallah tour across the south?😊
These guys are the actual children of the Korn.
Already loved Tallah, psyched to see them on here - but now that I know several of them understand that sometimes you just gotta dig a really big hole makes me love them even more.

Been listening to Justin since he was covering Mudvayne and Asking Alexandria!
Sorry to hear that
Chillest band in the numetal revival 🤘🧑🏻🎤
The Chameleon Club/Lizard Lounge in Lancaster, Pa was a real shit show but I have so many good memories there.
Yep, and that sounds EXACTLY like their shit ass security. They almost kicked me out once on the way into a show just because I had a sealed water bottle with me, I was like come on it’s sealed man and they gave me shit and threatened to kick me out 😂
So happy you got this band on here
Tallah are a super interesting band with really creative, fresh music. Great video Chris!

Holes as a movie was great even though the book was better.
Is this really how you start a podcast? You edit your podcasts like you write music, awfully.
Singer is too crazy and just kinda immature as hell. I know he has a big UA-cam for being a psycho, but yeah he is kind of annoying lol.
Hey, you're entitled to your opinion! People either love or hate me. Been like that since I was a kid, and I ain't tryna change for anyone.
