Captain you have been inspirational in giving us the confidence to make the trip over to West End. We hope to get out there next year with our new boat. I like that you find amazing spots without going too far from the states. Maybe we’ll run into each other out there.
@AdventuresofHappyOurs That would be awesome to meet you out there. One day captain and yes you don't have to go that far, Hope you get your new boat.I'm dying to see it And one thing that i'm sure is gonna have is two yamaha outboards. Because as we experience inboard mercruisers are not the best engines. I had one in the pastI had one in the past and it gave Lots of. Trouble

Hey Skipp this is Richard I changed my handle, great stuff the fish looked delish. The boat's planning nice no more porpoise. To see the evolution of the systems is cool, boating and fishing with Nuevo gourmet cuisine. Catch um up my friend.
Yum! Smell those good fish all the way back to Arkansas! Highly recommend you make the homemade tartar sauce with pickle relish, dash of mustard in with your mayonaize, chopped purple/red onions, paprika across the top and a dash of lemon juice. We made it always when we had fish at the fire station. Great video Captain!
@@arciefan Thank you for the awesome recipe, captain and on this tortoise sauce.I added my fresh pickles diced. And you're right. It takes way better when you put your own stuff
Great day of fishing and you are making me hungry watching the cooking/eating the fish. Is the reason why you weren't anchored any closer to the island was because of the water depth?
@tomd.43 yes cap. I was at 5 feet and that in high tide so in low tide I will only have 2 feet and if I get closer is very shallow for over 200 feet, It's for watching captain and see you in the next one
Nice video Capt. Can you explain sometime how U.S. Customs works when leaving and entering by boat? I’ve been to the Bahamas many times by plane but not by boat.
@@size-matters Well, you don't need to let the US know when you're leaving. But when you're coming back, you have to report yourself to customs and immigration now i use an app that I report myself through
I will assume the Minnkota worked properly after the great "catching" haul on your favorite spot? 3:43...Island time with a "cold one". Def share the Grouper with your "First Mate". Any type of alcohol is better with food, Cap. The tartar sauce can go right in the trash. Taste the fish.
yes cap is working awesome and that tarter souse i added some fresh pickles and it taste better then it was before but i hear you cap. thanks for watching cap,
Should have safed the heads and the belly to make soup, with white rice and avocado, some green fried banana (plantains) too, of course.. with a diet coke... lol... I enjoyed so much this video... it had been a while...
Captain may I suggest you travel to tongue of ocean for next adventure. Check in at Chub Cay and fish reef off Yelloe Bar and Northwest Channel Light. Head south to Jolters Cays and on the east side of Andros. Not heavily😮 populated or fished so plenty of areas to try.
Good to see you using the Magma grille again. I wish they made an electric version than can be used dockside. A lot of places prohibit gas grilles on boats at docks, for good reason I guess. As far as the fish…Eye Eye Captain! Get it? 😂. I’m not quite there on eating fish eyeballs yet, maybe one day!
Hi Capt.... beautiful and peaceful anchorage!..... For some reason, the CC (closed captions) no longer work on your videos. Old dudes like me have bad ears and the CC was a help... For now I'll just blast the volume up higher ☺...

You need a little bigger boat with a small kitchen and sink , not much bigger than what you have . And with noise deadening on your hull , because the waves hitting your hull makes it hard to sleep and make videos
You’re all by yourself give many miles away from any other human being. You’re wearing a mask and all the bad stuff your body wants to throw away your breathing back in by keeping that mask on I mean, what are you trying to accomplish? Are you gonna try to take it off when you eat or are you gonna push the fish through the holes of the mask really
My wife and I watch this and ever time you have fried fish we say were doing that tomorrow.
