- Look no further for the ultimate steak sandwich. This is it!
With caramelised onions, cherry tomato chutmey and bacon.
Everyone has their on version of the perfect steak sandwich, this is mine. It’s a balance of flavours enabling each ingredient to enhance another without over powering. Too many ingredients and you lose the steak flavour. The onions add the sweetness, the tomato chutney adds the acidic taste, the cheese adds further saltiness and the lettuce adds the freshness and crisp. The mayonnaise, seals the toast preventing it from becoming soggy. The char adds another flavour dimension. The juicy meat with garlic butter takes it to another level. This is my ultimate steak sandwich, you be the judge.

Joel, also, the rind you cut of the bacon, try to make it 1 continuos strip and wrap it around a hotdog,mett,bratt from top to bottom, and then grill, or fry, get extra good flavor my friend

Barry Allen I actually forgot about this video. I have made something similar which was without the tomato, bacon and lettuce. It was still really good. I recently made the ultimate chicken sandwich IMO: crumbed chicken fillets with a sticky soy sauce glaze. Coleslaw and a soft bun. Try it sometime.
PietreADI because I’m Muslim so I don’t eat pork. I’ll try a smokey Macon alternative.

you should try doing this with braising steak, cooked low for a few hours the steak just melts. makes for an epic sandwich
