As a drummer I would like to share my review of you with you. I will start with a negative. Your right foot bass drum syncopation needs cleaning up. Practice that old school upbeat bass drum beat slower and then build it up to speed. To be honest, its almost there but it is the flaw in your performance and I think some time practicing the bass drum pattern slower will help develope your right hand hi hat and right foot bass drum synchronisation. Now for the positives. Your overall tempo is spot on. Your energy is impressive. The drums are tuned well. Your intensity is in all of the drums and not just one limb but all. Your fills are exciting also, very much a lot of cool things in your playing here. My review is that you are a gifted drummer. Fix that fast syncopated bass drum work to polish off your upbeat punk playing only
@@brianmcguire5175 thanks for the insight. This is from a song a was learn at the time by the band Good Good Grief. The original drummer had some fun and creative parts. I typically play a little bit slower in other projects, so this does show me working on those tempos.
