A few of the folk instruments and the electric guitars sounded off at times, but that's a given with how rare it would be for the performers to play in an orchestra (notwithstanding how difficult some of these pieces are for professionals, let alone students).

of course compared to the official orchestral recordings from hoyomix, the quality is not even comparable. but hearing imperfections makes it feel more human and really enjoyable(to me at least)
The concert live was beautiful. The location, the instruments, the choir... and much more really made the evening run perfectly. Personally, I liked it even better than at the big concert in Düsseldorf... It was by no means a bad concert in Düsseldorf... but if you have visited it in Vienna, you have already noticed a lot. And with a ticket price of 5€ - 25€ (depending on the category), it was really cheap for overall an amazing evening.
This was by far my favourite concert i've ever attended, and i've even been to the official one in düsseldorf! We weren't allowed to record anything during the concert, so thank you SO much for uploading this!
really happy to hear the theme of vimara village (58:29)! it's a fair bit downtempo from the original, but that's still very much in keeping with the peaceful nature of the piece. definitely one of my favourites from the game, and y'all did it justice!
I went to this concert as well as the official concert in Düsseldorf and this one was way better, mostly because of the extraordinary sound of this concert hall. This was made for classical concerts while Düsseldorf had just a normal hall you can use for other purposes as well. 1000% can recommend the vienna Orchestra, it was truly magical
Oh really? Then I'm actually happy I missed out on the tickets in Düsseldorf and traveled all the way to Vienna ( from the Netherlands) instead. I'm flying to London in october, so I'm hoping that experience will be better than what you described about Düsseldorf.

Wow! I've resigned to accepting that I will never see an orchestra perform Gilded Runner in my life, let alone an amateur orchestra at that! Honestly, pretty well done. It's also fun to see the members bobbing their heads to catch the strong beat pulse
My sister and I immediately bought the tickets for the front row after finding out that there's a Genshin concert taking place in the city we live in. From this, I learned that unforgettable experiences don't have to be expensive. (5-25€) We also went to the official Genshin concert in Düsseldorf and I can't help but feel utterly scammed by Hoyoverse. How does a group of hobbyists actually outperform professionals? They even had a lot more traditional instruments for each region, and the list of songs were way better, especially since they even included every boss theme from patch 1.0 to 2.1.
I was also at this concert for 10 euros (I think) granted I had to travel all the way to Vienna from the Netherlands. This October I'm going to the concert in London. Was it actually disappointing to go to the one in Düsseldorf? Because I was originally planning to go there, but it sold out before I could get tickets. That's why I went all the way to Vienna. I'm hoping my experience in London is not gonna be as you said, as I honestly have A LOT higher expectations for that compared to a benefit concert.
@@Joepser I didn't know that the price would increase by THIS much. Last time I got a seat on the left almost at the front for 25€ and the view at the orchestra was rather bad. This time we got two seats on the second floor. I hope we got a better viewing angle this time.
