I have done Rubicon 5 inch lifted and is with Dana 44 axles and 37 inch tyres.
Whatever you do, can not beat Dana 80 axles unless you go for Dana 80s on your wrangler and 40 inch tyres atleast and V8 Petrol.
Already building same spec thar for extreme thar.
