On my stock 6700xt I have 88fps maybe on avg in 1080 but If I change power limit and add voltage to 1287mv ( normally locked on 1200) and my clocks are 2890/2150 I Have boost to 102fps. 10% less than you

ı have asus tuf rx 6800 and ryzen 5600, 1080p ultra settings ı get avarage fps 63 (fsr off). how is that possible

5600 is worse than 5600x, undervolt OC your card in amd adrenalin. powertuning, fast timing VRAM, set minimal frequency to 100/200 less than your max frequency.
