    "Dropping the weight and stopping it at any position is a super power." So, true! This is something most don't even consider in a single rep. I think the same applies to initiating velocity at any position, right? I wonder if my personal conceptualization of this makes sense to you Coach Keegan, (my background is in Physics). I think about this as "impulse control" at all moments of the movement trajectory. Create/control acceleration at any position AND create/control deceleration at any position.

    When I see you squat or lift for that matter, your eccentric in some movements doesn't exceed 2 seconds. Is there a reason for that and should most people have a long eccentric to build tendons and joint strength?
