Would love a video like this on the athlete who IS trying to bulk and put on as much muscle mass as possible. Would be awesome to get your training / nutrition / holistic advice
When I used to kickbox, I would train fasted intuitively because I felt slow and like I had to puke if I ate before practice. Then, I would run home and eat a whole bunch of rice, beans, and meat 🍖 . I was very lean, I fell into the "if it fits your macros SCAM" and gained a whole bunch of visceral and regular fat. I found one of your old videos where you talk about "protein sparring modified fast protocol" ever since the weight has been melting off BUT i had a problem with performance during my lifting days so I decided to carb cycle during my 3 days where I train. What are your thoughts on carb cycling?
I’d love to do the same but I lose weight verry easily how can I maintain weight or gain muscle by not eating ? Do you just eat a stick of butter a day to maintain weight ?
Crazy how capable the body is to use fat as energy when you TRUST it and rely on the carbs. Amazing energy and so steady throughout the day
Dont* rely on the carbs
love the videos coming back on youtube for you, informative stuff! Btw this is the best i’ve seen your physique in the last 4 years
great stuff

How much protein do you intake a day?
Check out the Metabolic Diet guidelines in the book Serious Strength Training by Tudor Bompa

You felt quicker and faster slightly fasted?
@dennisrobinson8008 yes, not only did I felt faster BUT I felt SHARPER. That's a big advantage in martial arts because it allows you to think quickly
@@EdwarkingOFitness I know that sharpness feeling. I wanted you to comment.

Is this important for even 16 year olds?
If your blood sugar is in check, you eat healthy, and you're metabolically healthy, then don't overthink it.
