    Dick Winters was a captain of the 101st Airborne (Screaming Eagles) at June 6th, 1944. He eventually ranked up to Major during the course of the war.

    Thanks for the video! I just picked up the C-47 and Waco glider on D-Day, but have yet to fly 'em.

    What is the mapping program seen at 11:27? And what is the Aircraft manager used at 32:03?

    • @everydayaviator
      @everydayaviator  Місяць тому

      So the map is from FloPro by Parallel 42 and the aircraft manager is one I got from the in sim marketplace. Can't remember the name off hand. If I was home I would look real fast, but if you go into the marketplace and search manager, you should find it.

    Have you figured out how to open and close the pilot's door with ladder and crewman? Thx

      Your rpm levers are all the way forward correct? The white knob levers to the left of the throttles that is.

    Hey ! Cool vidéo, thank you !
    For some reason, my autopilot doesn't work ; when I try to activate it, the yellow light goes on than immediately off. Nothing I can do about it. Do you have any idea of how to fix this ?
    Thanks :)

      Did you forget to turn on the gyroscope hydraulics by chance? Not sure if that would cause this issue or not.

    • @SakeSimu
      @SakeSimu Місяць тому +1

      @@everydayaviator that was my first clue. Aren't they the 3 blue levers on the left side of the copilot seat that they mean to be pushed full forward ? If so, they are indeed activated

    • @everydayaviator
      @everydayaviator  Місяць тому +1

      @SakeSimu so those are for the carb. The gyroscope hydraulics are to the back right along the side panel behind the copilot seat. Need to move the lever around the middle to the left. I do this in the video a minute or two after I start the autopilot demo.

      @@everydayaviator haha how the hell did I manage to confuse hydraulics lever with carburator heats ?! 🤣💀 thank you very much for your priceless help ; you saved the day 🥰🥰🥰
