FINALLY a live performance where you can hear the details of the INSANE drumming in this song, the INSANE bass playing, the heavy excellent guitars, and the shockingly great vocals from the drummer (lead on this song!), and her sisters doing 3 part harmonies at times... STUNNING! The double kick in the double time metal section is WAY better than I've ever heard it before, even better than on the album.

(name any band, and they are no match, by AGE (plain geniuses), mastery, composition, blend, stage presence, integrity as humans (no bullshiit, no drugs, not exploiting their looks, or femeninity, only top performance) ... and this is only the beginning).
Absolutely stunning visually and amazing audio quality (especially the drums). These ladies have such amazing stage presence, energy and charisma. Hard to watch this and not compare it to the Queen of the Murder Scene performance at Lunario. They've grown so much - musically and literally (Ale was 13 back then). These two nights at Teatro Metropolitan will be looked back on for years to come as some of the most exceptional concert events ever recorded, not just of The Warning, but in rock and roll history.
I remember reading somewhere (and maybe it was speculation) that since they perform using a click track to keep their timing tight, that in the case of this concert studio audio was (or could have been) overlaid the audio recorded at the scene without it looking like li syncing. You'll not their concert shows are very precise, done exactly the same every time, except for guitar solos, drum fills. Either way, the result is stunning. This video has just been released. Hopefully they also have a good video/audio of Pau coming out front to sing Narcissista. The one that's been out there is not up to this standard because it's fanvid.
@@thsc9119 The guy who said that obviously isn't watching closely. I have commented in Choke about 2 instances where Dany went off while coming down in scale. That happens when someone has been belting out 13 songs nonstop. They could have edited it. But they didn't. And of course, there is this famous incident in Martirio where Dany cracked up in the 2nd part of her wail in the end. She just continued. Again they could have edited that part out. But they didn't. This honesty is what makes The Warning special to us. If possible, when you come across such naysayers in future, remind them about these facts. Every other band will overlay studio track but not the girls. They have nothing to hide.
You know…I was a big fan of Skillet for a number of years. And their drummer, Jen Ledger, I thought was incredible. And she sang at times too. However, Pau is a whole different level.

Europe is being conquered. I was in Berlin and will see them in London at the end of the tour. Berlin was a bit like Metropolitan; everything clicked that night in a 400 capacity venue. Memories that I will cherish till I die.
The vocal control whilst playing the drums so energetically is mind blowing. I bloody love Pau. These ladies have worked so hard over the years and are an inspiration to young girls wanting to follow their musical dreams.
How to reconcile that this song is already over 5 years old, that it was brilliantly written by teenagers, and that it is merely one song in an absolutely timeless masterpiece that should be a hit today. This entire concert is the stuff of legends.

Every song by The Warning should be listened to with lyrics & its back story. They are the most intellectual band to emerge in decades by virtue of their profound takes on today's society. That 5' 1" nuclear reactor behind the drums could have won literary awards with her deep metaphorical poetry alone. This song, Dust to Dust, is the prologue in their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene recorded in 2018. Pau, the drummer, wrote the 1st draft in middle school when she was going through an emo phase. She delved in unrequited love, self harm & lunacy in that album which was the band's 2nd full studio release. Unbelievable. To keep it in context, 50 years back Roger Waters discussed despair, lunacy & death in The Dark Side of the Moon. And the world still haven't heard about these sisters from Mexico.
Extraordinary. I been playing drums for over 30 years . I can not sing and play at the same time . Besides the physical coordination it's almost like trying to use both sides of the brain to get them to do something different but work together. Only a few have mastered it . And what I just saw , Im blow away.

Actually The Warning experience remains incomplete without analyzing & comprehending their insightful lyrics. Driven by Pau's profound metaphorical poetry, The Warning stand out from the crowd by dint of their lyrics. Easily the most intellectual rock band to emerge in past few decades in terms of what they are saying and how they are saying it. Quite a few bands talk deep & abstract but mostly through allegories & straight forward imageries. However, it takes an intellectual poet like Pau to drop intelligent hints for listeners to decipher the message within a song. That is why it is metaphorical and not allegorical. Once we appreciate the subtle intelligence of The Warning then others do fade in comparison. Because a song is not about instrumentation or performance only. It is also about what is being said through it & how its musicality has been designed to complete the task. After a long time a band like The Warning have brought back the balance between lyrics & instrumentation in a song. In today's environment of show over substance, where the philosophy of less is more has been defenestrated, The Warning have reminded us about beauty in simplicity. No wonder when McCartney was recently queried about the secret to his legendary success, he replied with "I kept it simple".
If at the beginning of this year someone had told me that 3 sisters from Mexico would reignite my passion for rock after 3 decades I would have thought (s)he was crazy. Considering that I have followed various artists online since UA-cam became popular now my biggest regret is missing out The Warning evolution in real time over the past decade. How I envy those who have been a part of their incredibly inspiring journey since the girls' played classical piano as 6 to 8 year olds!!!
Nothing prepares you to experience The Warning live. You can "hear" they are great from a video, but in a live presentation you really "feel" their music on your full body. The low notes from Ale's bass shiver your spine, the bombastic drum hits from Pau mess with your heartbeat, and when Dany starts playing and singing, you are already trapped by their magic, and they won't let you escape from it during the whole show😂. After their final bow, you suddenly realize you are tired and that you lost your voice because you jumped and yelled like crazy during the whole presentation.😂 The funny part aftershow is when everyone is looking at each other asking: What was that?🤣 They are the ultimate entertainers.
Paulina, on the drums, is a 5 foot tall stick of dynamite. Power, skill, grace and beauty. That can be said for this entire band. Two years from now, they WILL be on their own headlining tour, only this time they'll be in the arenas in front of 17,000 per night.

I am amazed at how talented these three sisters are. I am also perplexed as to why they are not getting more exposure in the music world. I have not heard one song by them on any of the rock stations in my area, despite many requests for their songs. I am also left wondering why, with all of the comments saying how great people think they are, they only have 552 thousand subscribers to their YT channel. It's not like it costs anything to subscribe. They should have millions of subscribers, they deserve millions of subscribers. I have seen them perform live, in May they blew the roof off The Underground in Charlotte NC. USA. I will see them again in September in Knoxville TN. USA. They are one of the best live bands I have ever seen, and I have seen over 100 concerts. I have seen some of the best bands in the world and met and worked for many of the band members. Everyone who likes this band should support them by subscribing to their channel. Or if you love these three incredible young women like I do join their Patreon. As one fan commented a few months back that The Warning have the most number of musicians - present & ex - following a rock group. It makes sense because the girls' are so subtle in their musicianship & are so intelligent in crafting their songs that they are a musician's delight. And I am not even talking about the deep dark metaphors that Pau has written over the years. She could have won so many literary awards with her poetry alone.

El lunario es un recinto para 1000 personas, su último concierto en Ciudad de México pre-pandemia fue ahí, pero su primer concierto post-pandemia en Ciudad de México fue en el Metropolitan para 3000 personas, o sea tres veces más grandes, un año después de eso estarán dando un concierto en el Pepsi Center con capacidad de 8000 personas, casi el triple del Metropolitan. Si el ritmo de crecimiento sigue, tal vez no tengamos que esperar cuatro años para el palacio de los deportes

Live performances separate the Greats from the rest. All 3 sisters are awesome singers. The harmonies are just perfection and with their highly contagious energy, tight flawless playing, and endless charisma… they are just without equal. They came. They rocked. They conquered.
Man does this ever sound awesome through really good headphones (don't use ear buds you'll miss so many dynamics). Ale's bass has that growl that you can only get from an Ampeg cabinet and as a bass player of 34 years myself I appreciate where she sits in the mix. Pau's drums are so tight and punchy where you can hear every single transient note. Dany's guitar has that great crunch that takes me back to the 80s. And the vocals! Oh my goodness the ear candy deluxe edition. You can hear each one perfectly and that last vocalization Dany does with the last few bars at the the end is heavenly! I hope we will one day be blessed with a full concert Blu Ray with all the goodies. Yeah expensive I know, but if they launched a Kickstarter for it the fans would certainly contribute! ⚡⚡⚡🤘🤘🤘
I agree wish they would release it but I think it has a lot to do with ownership of the previous music. Lava would have to be involved and get some rights to it which is not going to happen right now. imo.

Every song by The Warning should be listened to with lyrics & its back story. They are the most intellectual band to emerge in decades by virtue of their profound takes on today's society. That 5' 1" nuclear reactor behind the drums could have won literary awards with her deep metaphorical poetry alone.
This song, Dust to Dust, is the prologue in their concept album Queen of the Murder Scene recorded in 2018. Pau, the drummer, wrote the 1st draft in middle school when she was going through an emo phase. She delved in unrequited love, self harm & lunacy in that album which was the band's 2nd full studio release.
Unbelievable.
To keep it in context, 50 years back Roger Waters discussed despair, lunacy & death in The Dark Side of the Moon.
And the world still haven't heard about these sisters from Mexico.

If at the beginning of this year someone had told me that 3 sisters from Mexico would reignite my passion for rock after 3 decades I would have thought (s)he was crazy.
Considering that I have followed various artists online since UA-cam became popular now my biggest regret is missing out The Warning evolution in real time over the past decade. How I envy those who have been a part of their incredibly inspiring journey since the girls' played classical piano as 6 to 8 year olds!!!

Nothing prepares you to experience The Warning live.
You can "hear" they are great from a video, but in a live presentation you really "feel" their music on your full body.
The low notes from Ale's bass shiver your spine, the bombastic drum hits from Pau mess with your heartbeat, and when Dany starts playing and singing, you are already trapped by their magic, and they won't let you escape from it during the whole show😂.
After their final bow, you suddenly realize you are tired and that you lost your voice because you jumped and yelled like crazy during the whole presentation.😂
The funny part aftershow is when everyone is looking at each other asking: What was that?🤣
They are the ultimate entertainers.

I am amazed at how talented these three sisters are. I am also perplexed as to why they are not getting more exposure in the music world. I have not heard one song by them on any of the rock stations in my area, despite many requests for their songs. I am also left wondering why, with all of the comments saying how great people think they are, they only have 552 thousand subscribers to their YT channel. It's not like it costs anything to subscribe. They should have millions of subscribers, they deserve millions of subscribers. I have seen them perform live, in May they blew the roof off The Underground in Charlotte NC. USA. I will see them again in September in Knoxville TN. USA. They are one of the best live bands I have ever seen, and I have seen over 100 concerts. I have seen some of the best bands in the world and met and worked for many of the band members. Everyone who likes this band should support them by subscribing to their channel. Or if you love these three incredible young women like I do join their Patreon. I joined, my girlfriend joined, and our friends either joined or subscribed. Come on people join The Warning Army. Don't just say you are a member of The Warning Army, please show them some support.

As one fan commented a few months back that The Warning have the most number of musicians - present & ex - following a rock group. It makes sense because the girls' are so subtle in their musicianship & are so intelligent in crafting their songs that they are a musician's delight. And I am not even talking about the deep dark metaphors that Pau has written over the years. She could have won so many literary awards with her poetry alone.

El lunario es un recinto para 1000 personas, su último concierto en Ciudad de México pre-pandemia fue ahí, pero su primer concierto post-pandemia en Ciudad de México fue en el Metropolitan para 3000 personas, o sea tres veces más grandes, un año después de eso estarán dando un concierto en el Pepsi Center con capacidad de 8000 personas, casi el triple del Metropolitan. Si el ritmo de crecimiento sigue, tal vez no tengamos que esperar cuatro años para el palacio de los deportes

Man does this ever sound awesome through really good headphones (don't use ear buds you'll miss so many dynamics). Ale's bass has that growl that you can only get from an Ampeg cabinet and as a bass player of 34 years myself I appreciate where she sits in the mix. Pau's drums are so tight and punchy where you can hear every single transient note. Dany's guitar has that great crunch that takes me back to the 80s. And the vocals! Oh my goodness the ear candy deluxe edition. You can hear each one perfectly and that last vocalization Dany does with the last few bars at the the end is heavenly! I hope we will one day be blessed with a full concert Blu Ray with all the goodies. Yeah expensive I know, but if they launched a Kickstarter for it the fans would certainly contribute! ⚡⚡⚡🤘🤘🤘
I agree wish they would release it but I think it has a lot to do with ownership of the previous music. Lava would have to be involved and get some rights to it which is not going to happen right now. imo.
