Deck #2 and the situation resonated with me because my actual question was "is this my person?" Not the title of the video. I wondered why I felt drawn to this video at first.
I've been battling this question because of our past, which is EXACTLY as you described it in the tarot. It was spot on for how things went. Great connection, he was battling with right person, wrong time, and a number of other things. We had broken up and I was ready to truly move on and he came rushing back into my life, offering a more stable and long-term connection (where we are now). I feel he's still struggling a little bit but he's turned it around big time and reaffirmed his commitment (a HUGE deal for us.)
