I just got goosebumps. How did you hear this sound? I didn't know that. But while filming, uh, was shooting, Sometimes I hear something really weird. To the point where I doubt my ears. Isn't it an occult phenomenon?
Just listened to this- what the heck.. I went from sleepy and comfy to now awake and unnerved.

What completely stands out is the cleanliness of the sidewalks and streets. People don't throw their trash on the ground like the rest of the world, and that's amazing.
Meanwhile, in Russia, garbage is scattered on every corner and the roads are dead. A real favela!
@@user-yu7lr4yc1x see bangladesh mate, it scales alot
it is much more so that there are people who are cleaning up trash (and cleaning up everywhere) consistently. people here definitely still litter.
its clean cuz old people or people who need money clean the streets when most of the people are asleep like 4-5 am ish. if u ever go to korea U can see that they r claning with brooms in their hands and they r so old -older than my grandma who is 65- but still tryna earn money
@@user-yu7lr4yc1x that checks out. the walks are about as clean as the people who walk them
I love how the streets are filled with trees, bushes and grass. That's how every city should be built. It makes the air healthier with more oxygen, the shade makes the area cooler in the hot summer days, and the greenery is beautiful to see after all the grey buildings, it's a nice variation so you don't get bored of just one ambiance all the time.
In my city they're cutting down almost every tree and bush, they're making the whole city as flat and empty as possible. They don't like big trees. They think nature looks ''overgrown'', they are afraid of insects, they are afraid of branches falling down, they don't like fallen leaves in the autumn.. They set up white tiles on the floor everywhere.. They're doing everything they can to make it sterile and boring. And you never get shading, you're constantly under the sun. The asphalt is hot, the cars are hot, you cannot open your window shutters or curtains because the sun is too strong, and the air is stale.. Everything is flat, empty, dull, minimalist.. I hate those people who made our city look boring

saw this video around 2 years ago and fell in love with the view, kept consistently comming back to this video, I traveled a couple months ago to seoul from the us and made it a mission to find this bridge on my last day there had no idea how to get there but using maps and nearby buildings i ended up getting lost for some hours but did end up finding it in the end was beautiful in person and crazy how a memory that ill keep for life only happened because i seen this youtube video one day on the internet
I went to Seoul for two months this summer for an internship, and in the lead up to my departure, I would watch this video and get so excited to explore the city both in the night and in the rain. I particularly loved the way the Saetgang bridge looked in the rain. It just scratched all my cyberpunk and pluviophilic itches. I waited for a sufficiently rainy night to visit the bridge and recreate in person the splendor that I loved in this video so much. It was such a surreal experience, and I just want to say thanks for being the inspiration behind such a great moment in my young life. Yeouido as a whole is absolutely amazing to walk around and explore. I hope to come back again at some point.
The experience of walking alone in a strange place is very special. I wonder if you have been to Han River Ecological Park under the Saetgang Bridge. It's a bit gloomy, but I don't think it's dangerous. If you have a chance, please walk alone in that unknown area. The video is also uploaded on my UA-cam channel.

BRO ITS SO FUTURISTIC
In the UK we complain constantly about all the rain and cloudy days we get, but here is proof that with the right equipment (and a nice blue-green filter effect) even this can be turned into something beautiful! (Seoul looks like an amazing city btw...very clean, very green, and ultra modern!)
yeah but the UK looks like trash, people are trash, country is trash. That's the difference.
@밀탄후리도만 일본은 그냥방사능이야ㅋ
Ewww ultra modern
Dubai is ultra modern and ultra modern are less greenry and more of cyperpunk ish
@밀탄후리도만 I spent 9 months in Korea in 1999, living in the Hilton Namsan in Se oul (two syllables in Korean). I loved my time there, the people and the food, but I agree. Seoul was NOT clean and it was WAY more crowded than this video might lead you to believe. 1/4 of all South Koreans lived in and around Seoul. All of the highways in and out of Seoul get completely bottlenecked on each of the 22 (in 1999; not sure about today) paid holidays. I would go up Seoul Tower and watch the exodus. It once took me 2 1/2 hours in a taxi to go 6 kilometers from the LG Caltex (now GS Caltex) building to my hotel. I tried the subway the next time we worked late. I had my laptop case in one hand, the other hand reaching through people to lean on a window, one foot on the floor and one foot in the air. Couldn't move. Missed my connecting stop by 3 stations and had to go back to connect. Stuck with taxis after that. I really hope I get a chance to visit Korea again!
Tropical rain, feels different from Temperate rain, rain in Korean isn't usually not as cold as here in England, and therefor more enjoybable.
This country is so beautiful. A lot of me wants to live there for the rest of my life. Everything is so simple here, I know it's not like that but, no trash, no cars, no people screaming, just peace. It's breath taking.
Lol I lived there for 4 years, there are cars, people and trash everywhere, it's not "peace". Why do you think a random night walk during the rain is what represents the country? Sorry to burst your bubble, but that that's a perfect example of "grass is greener on the other side". I love korea but for none of the reasons you cited.
15:01 there's screaming here bruh
@@whitneysmiltank came back to this video to enjoy it, I personally don't know where your from, But from an Americans point of view this is so much better. I bet there is that in Korea, but certainly just not on the scale of the USA.

My parents could have never imagined a video of a walk through Russia or China. I know its not the same as really taking a trip, but compared to those from as recent as 15 years ago. Our access to other places and other cultures is amazing.
@The Mutt with no Butt what do you mean by numbers
It's really amazing how high tech and futuristic Seoul is, and nature is everywhere at the same time. What an advanced society that values nature and recognizes the environment's importance for people's quality of life and the planet
That's a great comment. As you say, the more urbanization progresses, the more precious nature becomes. When a city develops, people stick to their desires and don't look back on small but truly precious things. But when the city developed, people began to look for parks full of nature and green. Because there people can take a real rest and heal.
A path full of grass in this video can still exist because there is an old apartment complex next to it. So sometimes I like old apartments. And I like the lush grasses that have grown to their heart's content without such pretense. The smell of grass filled the road may have been real healing.
often come here 🙂

New favorite bridge in the world starting @ 1:05 . Looking like it's suspended above the trees with a forest below intercut by rivers [roads] & towering monoliths scattered about in an overcast rainy sky... the hypnotic bobbing up and down from the walking.
