- In the series premiere of Collectors Rountable, Tim, Rob, and Sagor all return to the studio to have a group conversation about their watches, collecting stories, and the watch community. The trio all share an interest in Ulysse Nardin, Cartier, and H. Moser & Cie. but also bring watches on from brands like Hamilton and Mr Jones to display their individual styles. 25secs intro seems a bit indulgent
CW just keeps cranking out lazily derivative watches that are highly accessible and, likewise, popular. I just don’t want a watered down LM1 or Czapek Antarctique. There are original designs in those price points that are unique. I’d rather buy something unique or save for the real deal.

So $1200 is basically chump change 🙄 I know he didn’t say that but it will come off like it did. $1200 is still a lot to some and cheap to others. I can’t drop $1200 on a watch let alone $12k, $20k etc. But acting like a $1200 watch isn’t something one wouldn’t buy comes off snobbish.
Also it must be nice to be rich.
