A non-profit job can be one of the most rewarding career paths an individual can take. We sat down with staff members from the Southwest Key Unaccompanied Minors programs in California and Arizona to listen to their stories of working in the Casas.
Andres is a Youth Care Worker at Casa San Diego. Watch as he shares about the strong teamwork between the Southwest Key staff and how it truly takes a village to keep our work going. We are thankful for Andres and the work he puts in each day for our Unaccompanied Minors program.
