Siargao is elite. I was there November 2023, so beautiful, sight seeing, lagoons, partying, tattoos the lot. I had to get out as a massive typhoon was coming and as I was taking off it hot and it was the scariest plane ride I ever been on. Loving your work mate. Been a fair minute since I met ya in Rio!! Hope all is well looks like you're having a blast x
Hey Jake! Was really awesome getting a comment from you. I love it when it's someone I've met on the journey. I'm glad you got the chance to visit Brazil and also Siargao! Siargao is insane. As I said in the video, I'll probably be back ASAP and try to make it my home for 6 months or so. I really appreciate you following along on the journey. It has its ups and downs but I'm grateful either way. Wishing you the best in 2025 and hopefully we meet again. Cheers bro
@GringoNation I really hope you get a chance to live there. It's caught my heart as the phillipines has. I'm going back after Christmas for a month all over there! Couldn't agree more with your description of the place, it just feels Authentic and a very old original bali - which what makes it so special and i can't wait to get back to experience it before it takes off. I feel it is the next big destination for alot of people. Phillipines has flown under the radar for way too long 🔥 Keep up the elite work great man 👌👌
You have no idea how much I value feedback like this. Having a channel feels like taking a shot in the dark every week. If you could, I'd love for you to elaborate on that. Do you like it because you're thinking of visiting soon? With videos like these, I get lots of traffic from people searching for information on a specific place, but they aren't necessarily going to stick around for the journey afterwards. It's also a lot more work making a video like this over a vlog. But I know Siargao is gonna keep growing so it only felt right to make lots of informative videos on it. Anyways, thanks for watching! :-))
@@GringoNation I replied to your comment but for some reason I don't see my comment any more. Anyway, I suggested you build a funnel to capture email addresses, using your videos as top of the funnel. Cheers
Thanks for watching and joining the conversation! :-) I don't feel like Siargao is a particularly scammy island, but as an experienced traveler, my advice to you is to always know the average price of a product or service before negotiating. You can do that through online research or by just asking other locals. That way, if someone gives you a much higher price, you can just move on. Maybe you would benefit from my video on how to stay safe while traveling ---> ua-cam.com/video/_0Anfvynf0o/v-deo.html
I miss the Philippines its pristine crystal beaches, beautiful islands, fresh seafoods, organic meat fruits and vegetables non-GMO…Philippines should be untouched. Look at Thailand and Bali now a disaster too touristry…
